(Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department.) 18 Cable Hosting of 33 KV 3x300 sq. mm XLPE Cable, at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as PerRESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor. 19 Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x70/3x120/3x185/ sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as PerRESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor. 20 Earthing of poles as per RESPO norms (All the Materials Supplied by the department) 21 Chemical type earthing (All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor) 22 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.5 mtr with the help first class brick & masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting transformer. All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor. 23 Wiremess fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S & Distribution box shall be made of rectangular of size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mess shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give extra strength of welding to wire mess welded on the frame. Diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded with Ms flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I. 24 Proper laying & commissioning of (3x50/3x95/3x120/3.5x120 sq.mm) Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC Provided by deptt. 25 Fixing and laying of LT PVC Cable 1x240 / 1x400 sq.mm as per RESPO Norms Only Pvc cable provided by department. 26 Laying of 3X300 sq.mm 33 KV XLPEcable by drill method as per RESPO Norms. (Only cable supplied by Department.) 27 Laying of3X70/3x120/3x185/3.5X150/3.5X240 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE / LT Al XLPE cable by drill method as per RESPO Norms. Only cable supplied by Department. 28 Laying of 3X70/3x120/3x185/3.5X150/3.5X240 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by manual method as per RESPO Norms. Only cable supplied by Department. 29 Replacement of Old and Damaged 33 KV Line Isolator 800 Amp. (Only 33 KV Line Isolator provided by the Department) 30 Supply and fixing of copper L-piece for 250 KVA TF (62x225x12 MM) as per RESPO Norms 31 Supply and fixing of aluminium Lug for 250 KVA TF (400sqmm) as per RESPO Norms 32 Supply and fixing of GI Pipe 6 Dia with clamp and nut bolt as per RESPO Norms 33 Construction of Messonary Type LT Distribution box with Fuse Unit )All material shall be supplied by contractor) 34 Supply and fixing of PG CLAMPS FOR PANTHER CONDUCTOR as per RESPO Norms 35 Supply and fixing of Danger board with Clamp as per RESPO Norms 36 Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 250KVAT/F on Plinth with all accessories.
