Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Annual maintenance contract Of Universal Fuel Equipment Calibration And Test Standufects - SCOPE OF WORK ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF UNIVERSAL FUEL EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION AND TEST STAND (UFECTS) FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS AT INS EKSILA 1. The following maintenance routines are to be undertaken:- (a) Monthly Routines. (i) Inspection of Gear Box & Motor assembly. (ii) Inspection of Pump- Motor couplings including Pump shaft seal condition and pump inlet outlet seal condition. (iii) Check the condition of motor bearing. (iv) Inspection of motor starter contactor. (v) Checks of all pressure pipe joints. (vi) Inspection of all hoses and coupling and repair if necessary. (vii) Checks of Flow rate and adjustment if required. (viii) Checks of starting current of all motors. (ix) Greasing of all rotary components as required. (x) Recommendation of replacement of spares which are assessed as liable to become unserviceable in near future. The spares will be replaced as on actual cost. (xi) Check the earthing resistance (Operating range 2-3 ohm) and undertake insulation checks of electrical connection within all control panels, terminal boxes and motor terminals. (xii) Checks of filters and seals and replacement if required. (b) Quarterly Routines. (I) Checking condition of complete wiring, transmitters and indicators of complete system and corrective action as required. (ii) Checks of wiring for proper tightness. If any oxidation is observed in the wire terminals, cleaning/ replacement of wire as required. (iii) Setting of pressure relief valves if required. (iv) Cleaning the interior of control panels, terminal boxes and undertake cleaning routines of contactors, relays and terminals. (v) Complete performance checks of UFECTS as per the desired data. (vi) Complete checks of safety warnings & Interlock System of all circuits. (vii) Replacement and cleaning of filters of Booster pump, drain pump, LoS pumps, Nozzle test system, Kidney loop system and Chilled water circulation system. (viii) Operational checks of UFETCS Software as well as Data acquisition system and defect rectification if any incase of any software related issue in the UFECTS computer. (c) Annual Routines. (i) In situ calibration of all Pressure gauges & Pressure Transmitters with Indicators. Calibration stickers to be put indicating due dates for next calibration. (ii) In situ Calibration of all temperature transmitters controllers. (iii) In situ comparison and calibration of flow meters. (iv) Check the complete system for corrosion and undertake Anti — corrosive treatment if required any. (v) Internal and external cleaning of the complete rig. (vi) Internal cleaning of fuel tank, lube oil tank, drain tank and water tank of UFECTS. (vii) Installation of updated Windows OS in PC if required. (viii) Pressure testing and cleaning of heat exchangers of LoS system and Kidney Loop system. (ix) Yearly certification/ validation of UFECTS software and Data Acquisition System (d) Breakdown Maintenance. (i) Any Break down call to be attended within 3 working days. (ii) The assessment of defect and exact lead time to be intimated to relevant authority an arrival at site. (iii) Upon timely completion of Repair and equipment to be handed over only after necessary trials. (i) A list of mandatory spares is placed at Appendix A. (ii) All routine / scheduled replacement of spares will be carried out during quarterly servicing (spare cost as on actual).
