Contractor to insert here-in-below their percentage to opting less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part II) rates. If net schedule rates are offered at PAR with MES Schedule, \"0\" should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/ Excess percentage inserted by the bidder here-in-belowshall be deemed firm. The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.Notes :- (i) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, The net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix \"A\" to Notice of e-tencer.(ii)Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage above) will not increased from the estimated cost of work.
