Repair And Cleaning Of Sewage Lines, Septic Tank Manhole And Soakage Well Incl All Connected Items In The Units Of Pocket No. 09 To 11 Under Age Br-Iii At Ge (A) Jaisalmer-Cleaning of septic tank, man holes and inspection chamber etc. by means of removing the silt, sludge, excreta etc. or other materials, manually or mechanically and depositing the same, where directed at a distance not exceeding 150m including excavation of pits of required size to accommodate the foul materials taken out from septic tank, manholes, soakage pits and covering of the same with soil, not less than 30cm thick layer and making good all excavated site all as specified and directedNote for item No. 1.00 :- (i) Depth of silt, sludge, excreta, etc shall only be measured and paid. (ii) Dewatering/pumping out of foul water shall be measured andpaid separately. 2 Pumping out foul water from soakage wells / septic Tankmechanically and removing sludge etc complete all as specified and directed Capacity 10 Users. 3 Pumping out foul water from soakage wells / septic Tankmechanically and removing sludge etc complete all as specified and directed Capacity 20 Users. 4 Pumping out foul water from soakage wells / septic Tankmechanically and removing sludge etc complete all as specified and directed Capacity 50 Users. 5 Pumping out foul water from soakage wells / septic Tankmechanically and removing sludge etc complete all as specified and directed Capacity 100 Users. 6 Pumping out foul water from soakage wells / septic Tankmechanically and removing sludge etc complete all as specified and directed Capacity 250 Users. 7 Cleaning of choked sewage line of 150-250 mm bore of pipe including drains by rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: choked Sewage should be cleaned mechanically, not by using rodding or bamboo strips. 8 Cleaning of choked sewage line of 250mm-300mm bore of pipe including drains by rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: choked Sewage should be cleaned mechanically, not by using rodding or bamboo strips. 9 Cleaning or manholes not exc 1.5m deep by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out foul water complete by mechanically menas and covering of the same with soil, not less than 30 cm thick layer and making good all excavated site as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 Cleaning or manholes exc 1.5m deep by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out foul water complete by mechanically menas and covering of the same with soil, not less than 30 cm thick layer and making good all excavated site as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 11 Cleaning the Blockage of floor trap, gully trap , WC/EWC, WHB/Urinal in any size by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete manually or mechanically and removing the same out side MD land complete and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 Pumping out of water / liquid fromsoak wells of any capacity or size and discharge the same to nallah / drains through hose pipe or by other means upto distance of 250 mtr. Including removing old brick bats/Slucisy materialfrom the soak well and refilling the same after washingbrick bats with water etc complete in all respect complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 13 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositingwhere directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mabove the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 17 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe including demolition of existing concrete bed, haunching and breaking up drain pipe of any desription complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 18 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore pipe including demolition of existing concrete bed, haunching and breaking up drain pipe of any desription complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 19 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore pipe including demolition of existing concrete bed, haunching and breaking up drain pipe of any desription complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 20 M&L for 150mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2 (ISI marked) with collars, laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 21 M&L for 200mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2 (ISI marked) with collars, laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 22 M&L for 300mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2 (ISI marked) with collars, laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 23 S&F, 100mm bore (sand cast pipe) soil, waste and vent pipesin any length with or without ears and Note :- Serviceable stone obtained from demolition shall be used. 35 Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 36 Material and labour for flush pointing to squared rubble mansonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 37 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 38 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 39 M&L for preparation of new plasterd wall surface applying two coat of cement base paintover a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 40 Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 41 M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling & mass concrete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 42 M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 43 M&L for Non - skid Ceramic Exterior grade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 44 M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, With mixture of With white and grey cement in equal proportion and no pigment jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 45 M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm gradedstone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 46 Dismantling of existing unserviceable interlocking tiles floor of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Demolition concrete for sides of payment and sub base will be measured and paid separately. 47 M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i)Pattern of interlocking tile to be rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed inclusive of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) packing and finished even and fair to the sides of pavement. 48 All as per item No. 47.00 here-in-before but except interlocking paver blocks. Note :- Serviceable paver block obtained from demolition shall be used. 49 M&L plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 50 Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. loaded bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 51 M&L sand stone slabs50mm thick in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side andset and pointed in lime mortar (1:2) or cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
