The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractors himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account,filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for smooth riding .The recovery for stones ,whether usefule or not for 13219.40 (Thirteenthousand twohundred ninteen point four zero ) cubic metre at the rate of Rs 300/-only (Rupees threehundred only ) per cubic metershall be effectedon prorata basis in all circumstances .Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor ,which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.
