Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Regular Civil Maintenance Works and miscellaneous jobs for proper Housekeeping of HMRBPL ATFPL PHDPL Mourigram DS ADM building and old new Control room DG Room Compressor Room FF Engine Shed Refreshment Room Sample Room Buildings Manifold area and station premises, CP, SV stations. - Fixed monthy wages @Rs. 24470/- towards providing 5 nos. Semi-skilled Contractors workers for rendering of various services as per scope of work mentioned in SCC-Technical and as per direction from the Owner. Please note that any variation in the the fixed compon ent of the monthly wages, subsequent to bid submission due date due to revision of daily minimum wage rates as promulgated by the Go vernment of India, benefit of the same shall be payable to the respective parties. , Providing service as assistance to technicians during ATF flushing, Any type of Maintenance Job of Mechanical, Electrical. Tele-com munication department at odd hours , Cleaning at odd hours or holidays , Mainline maintenance job and disposal of SR product at HMRB PL during ATF receipt at Mourigram etc. as directed by consern Department/ consern officer/ consern HOD, Provision for maximum annual charges, for providing uniforms: 2 trousers, 2 shirts, one pair of safety shoe and one safety helment to each contractor worker but limited to 5 nos.workers, including GST. Note: The Contractor shall submit the bills to Owner for actual quantity executed towards uniform expenditure. Upon verification of bills and quantity of the provided uniform items by the EIC / SE, the expenditure shall be reimbursed , Fixed charges for Insurance amounting Rs 455.67 per person for 05 Worker in the social security Scheme for both Pradhan Mantri Jeev an Jyoti Bima Yojna ( PMJJBY) & Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna (PMSBY). Note: The Contractor shall submit the documentary evidences/ payment receipts to Owner for expenditure towards the same. Upon verif ication of documentary evidences/ payment receipts by the EIC / Site Engineer, the expenditure shall be reimbursed, Contractors service charges for providing services as per the scope of work including providing /deploying requisite minimum man po wer as per direction of EIC and as per scope of work mentioned SCC-Technical Cleaning of Dhulagory & Bagnan Battery Bank / Solar Panel installed on roof of Building, Cleaning of solar panel by removing of dus ting & washing, cleaning of the floor, cleaning the fencing from Creepers Dusting the Equipments, the doors & windows of CP Station room etc to be done as directed by EIC including labour, tools & tackles, transportation. Cleaning of Baskur, Jangal pur of PHDPL Battery Bank / Solar Panel installed on roof of Building. Cleaning of solar panel by removing of dusting & washing, cleaning of the floor, cleaning the fencing from Creepers, Dusting the Equipments, the doors & windows of CP Station room etc to be done as directed by EIC including labour, tools & tackles, transportation. Duster Bleaching Powder Plastic Bin bag Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage up to any lead complete. (Note: Volume of cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment]. Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness including removal of debris/ un-wanted material, consolidat ion, dressing, levelling and watering etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
