    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - MRPL Tender No 3900001112 ARC for carrying out stress relieving jobs at MRPL as per BOQ and in GEM overall total lump sum rate to be quoted considering 14 service items including GST - Annual rate contract for Stress relieving jobs as detailed in the scope of work at MRPL refinery Mangalore.- Pre-heating, post heating, Dehydrogenation, stress relieving and Hardness testing of pipelines, Fittings, vessels, equipments etc in MRPL at temperature specified by the Engineer-in-charge, submission of temperature charts and Hardness checking of stress relieved area. - ARC for carrying out stress relieving jobs for the forthcoming shutdown and maintenance jobs at MRPL refinery units - PRE HEATING FOR PIPE THICKNESS UPTO 1 SIZE PREHEATING FOR PIPE THICKNESS ABOVE 1 SIZE POST HEATING FOR PIPE THICKNESS UPTO 1 SIZE POST HEATING FOR PIPE THICKNESS ABOVE 1 SIZE STRESS RELIEVING OF PIPE UPTO 2 DIAMETER STRESS RELIEVING OF PIPE 2.5 DIAMETER & ABOVE STRESS RELIEVING OF PIPE PAD & SUPPORT IDLE UNIT HIRE CHARGES MINIMUM CHARGES PER DAY (APPLICABLE ONLY WHEN THE CONTRACTOR HAS MOBILISED, BUT THE JOB FRONT IS NOT GIVEN BY MRPL OR THE VALUE OF ASSIGNED JOB PER DAY IS LESSER THAN THE VALUE OF MINIMUM CHARGES PER DAY) HARDNESS TESTING OF STRESS RELIEVED AREA (VALUES IN BHN) DEHYDROGENATION HEAT TREATMENT FOR PIPES & EQUIPMENTS.
