Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - 1. Soil investigation of boring 150 mm dia at any kind of existing soil strata at different location with approved means of drilling/refusal strata up to 10 mtr (if required more than 6 mtr) depth, whichever is earlier and find out the SBC as per follwoing test/ recommendations (1) Carrying out standard penetration test (SPT) as per IS: 2131-1981 including collection of disturbed soil samples in bore holes at varying 1.5Mtr depth or any changes of strata and submit the report with all requisite data. (ii) Conducting necessary test as per relevant IS Codes/SP 36 on all collected samples with including the dtermination of following:- (aa) Alterberg limits, Natural moisture content, Wet and dry desnsity, Soil particle size distribution, Bore log data using sleeve, hunrometer analysis, Tri-axial shear test-c & phi value determination, Shrinkage limit, consolidation test, specific gravity test, Calculation of SBC, Chemical analysis of soil to determine PH value, sulphate and Chlorides content and per relevant IS code. (i) Evaluation of Liquefaction Potential as per Annex F of 1893 (Part-1) 2016. (iv) Recommendation of type of fdn viz shallow, deep/pile/raft/required and minimum depth of foundation considering soil strata. Assessment/recommendation of SBC for shallow foundalton isolated combined for various sizes of footing upto 4m size at depth of 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5m depth. (v) (vi) Submission of report as per relevant IS code including supported calculation in triplicate (vii) RL of natural ground level also mentioned at particular bore holes location so that exact depth of foundaiton may be worked out. Over head tank- 1x1 = 01 Nos Total 01 Us Note: It will be responsibility of the contractor for layout of the buildings on ground for finalization of locations for the bore holes as per the drawings provided by the MES including clearing of surface ie. grass cutting etc if required. Soll Investigation through NABL accredited teb as per Indian codes as per details below:- (a) Mobilization on mechanical drilling equipment and shifting/ directed by GE. (b) Broing 100m dia bore holes upto depth 6m to 15m in any type soil/rock. (c) Collection of in distribute soil sample 1.5m internal or at change of strata in 100mm bore thin walled tube including waxing sealing, paching and transporting of the job. (d) Carrying out standard penetration test (SPT) including collection of disturbed soil samples in bore holes at varying 1.5mtr depth or any changes of strata and submit the report with all requisite data. (e) Conducting necessary test as per relevant IS Codes/ SP 36 on collected samples with including the determination of following:- (i) Atterberg limits. (ii) Natural moisture content. (iii) Wet and dry density. (iv) Soil particle size distribution. (v) (vi) Bore log data using sieve/ hourometer analysis. Tri-axial shear test-c & Phi value determination. (vii) Shrinkage limit. (viii) Consolidation test. (ix) Specific gravity test. (x) Calculation of SBC. (xi) Chemical analysis of soil to determine PH value, sulphate and chlorides content as per relevant IS code.
