| 4 | Providing , rendering, screeding, dubbing out cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand) 15 mm average thickness by adding waterproofing compund, with brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sq. metre work up to at any height/ depth on brick or concrete surfaces of any description fair/ rough side, finishing fair trowelled to a smooth and even finish without using extra cement, including scaffolding, curing etc. complete as direceted & approved by EIC/SIC. Note- water proofing compund will paid and meseasred separtely. |
| 5 | Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The proposed make for the item will be Sika/BASF/FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/ Abro/Berger /Asian paints/Nerolac etc .The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | (M&L) Providing, cement concrete (Type B1 1:2:4, 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding and the like fair finished,roof kerbs all as specified and directed by SIC/EIC. |

| 13 | Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete. |
