(b) Identify unserviceability at component/subassembly and unit level. (c) Repair and replacement of faulty components subassembly. (d) Testing at sub assembly /unit level after replacement. (e) Final simulated testing at the unit level. LE Control Testing Equipment Item description: SUMAE/TR (a) Vocab KPA SDU 10 M2 (b) Part No 822177 (c) GIG No (d) Nomenclature 04 (e) SL No 01/12 (1) DOM SET-01 (g) Quantity Rs 6,93,000/-(Each) (h) Cost of item 3. Date of induction : 22 Jan 2013 4. Defects & following spares required for repair of item: (a) Inbuilt Digital Multi Meter not working. (b) Press button S-14 & S-29 is intermittent. (c) S-3 selector knob intermittent. (d) Power supply +15V not available on rotating knob S-1. However, the knob is working in other voltage selections. (e) PV-2 voltage not reading correctly during Quorum check. (f) On selecting S-5 knob to position 46 and S-3 knob to channel III, the H1 light is not glowing. Also, on selecting S-5 knob to position 49 and S-3 knob to channel IV, the H1 light is not glowing as per task card, (g) Connecting cables are heavy which is leading to damage of cables connectors and Shas-35 rack connectors. It needs to be replaced with light weight cables (which are already provided by Merlin Hawk in other bases). Total Quantity :
