Sr To St. Angelo Fort, Kannur, Kannur Dist., Kerala 2023-24, Archaeological Survey Of India, Thrissur Circle (Re-Tender 1St Call). - Carefully dismantling and collecting the useful laterite stone blocks and stacking in a distance of 50 m away from the work spot including cost of labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of work in-charge. 3 Earth work excavation in ordinary soil for making proper foundation including disposing of debris lead and lift, cost of tools and plants, labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of work in-charge. 4 Providing and laying brick jelly lime concrete base using 20 mm brick jelly including all levelling, compacting, labour and Material charges etc. complete as per the direction of work in-charge. 5 Providing and laying of Laterite stone masonry using laterite stone of size 32x30x14 cm in lime mortar 1:1:1 with 2% available stones and 98% new stones as per the existing including erection of necessary scaffolding, cost of all materials, labour charges etc, complete as per the direction of work in-charge. 6 Making, Supplying and fixing new teak wood entrance door shutter of St. Angelo Fort of size 2.86 x 3.12 m (with 2 shutters and on small shutter) with necessary fixtures by replacing the old decayed teak wood door with new complying with standard specification/ existing pattern as per the direction of work in-charge (drawing/ photo enclosed). 7 Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer after thorough cleaning the surface of wood including cost of all materials, labour charges etc. as per the direction of work in-charge. 8 Providing and laying barbed wire fencingover a GI rectangular tube poles fixed over the old laterite boundary wall at the North East side of the St. Angelo Fort to avoid illegal entry/ trespassing including cost of all materials, labour charges etc., as per the direction of work in-charge. 9 Providing 358 security fencing on the South East side of the Fort and on the side of seashore of 4 mm dia wire with galvanized coating, anti-corrosion technique (galvanized + glossy polyester coating) and powder coating with 1 mm thickness with meshy of size. 76.20 x 12.7 mm using post 1520 mm height with powder coated and plastic cap in end and also post fixed in the concrete including cost of all labour, material conveyance and fixing charges etc. as per the direction of work in-charge 10 Provision for laterite stone masonry wall for separation of Quarters from toilet block and cafeteria using laterite stone of size 29x24x14 cm in lime mortar 1:1:1 including coast of all materials, conveyances, labour charges etc. as per the direction of work in-charge. 11 Plastering the exposed surface with lime mortar 1:2 of thickness of 12 mm by adding traditional material with suitable colour oxide including curing as per standard specifications and as per the direction of work in-charge. 12 Provision for Laterite stone pathway of size 29x14x14 cm over 10 cm thick M-sand bed using lime mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charges etc. as per the direction of work in-charge. 13 Recess pointing in lime mortar 1:1:1 with matching colour in joints over laterite pathway and masonry including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charges etc. complete.
