Autoclave-Size and M.O.C : 400 ml, net filling capacity made from SS., Maximum working temperature: 200-250 0C, Pressure: 200 bar, External Fittings: Safety rapture disc, gas inlet valve, pressure gauge, vent valve , gas inlet valve and liquid sampling valve mounted on common dip tube., Internal Fittings: Internal cooling coil, thermowell , dip tube, Stirrer: 6 bladed turbine stirrer, Heating: External electrical ceramic band heater with insulation, Shaft Sealing: Zero leakage magnetic drive coupling, Motor and drive: ¼ H.P AC motor and variable frequency drive with 100-450 rpm variable speed and digital RPM indication, Body and Head sealing: Teflon gasket with split clamp type quick opening system with clamp bolts, Control Panel: SS control panel with Microprocessor based Programmable P.I.D temperature controller with high temperature alarm system and motor speed controller mounted on it, Mains Power Supply: 220VAC, 50 Hz, Mounting: Table Top.
