Tender For Supply Of Various Services For Yoga Day Celebrations -2024 At Secunderabad/ Hyderabad Venue (with provision of Accommodating 6000 persons for conduct of Yoga and it should be rain proof with sufficient washroom facility for PwDs) with facilities as per Annexure-I Accommodation for persons with Disabilities alongwith Escorts Non Ac/ Dormitory with separate Bed for each person Breakfast , Morning Tea, Lunch, Evening Tea with snacks and Dinner as per food menu at Annexure-II for persons with Disabilities alongwith Escorts (For 02 days) alongwith facility for service food Travelling arrangement for participants and Escort (price should be quoted for each bus per day and indicate the per km charges also) Yoga Mats (72/24inch with 3mm thickness) 3,000 nos Printed Round Neck and Half Sleeve T-Shirt with Trousers for Women/Men (sizes will be intimated later) Flower Decoration in front of Stage, Over Podium, In front of Podium, Over Railing of Ramp and Steps Flower Bouquet (20 nos) (Big-10+Small-10) Photography & Videography for one day. Drone photography should also be included.
