(Bush, bearing, capacitor, canopy, shackle insulator with nuts, bolts and sockets will be measured and paid separately). 82 Collecting unserviceable (burnt) table / cabin fan of any make and sweep up to 450 mm from Internal Elect Section, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel / terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufacturers, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff / strip type), replacing unserviceable / missing spares (bush, bearing, capacitor etc), fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running complete all as specified and as directed. 83 Supply and fixing in repair LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. 84 Supply only self adhesive PVC electrical insulation tape electrical insulated tap role of size 1.8 cm x 6.5 m x 0.125 mm complete all as specified and directed. 85 Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts and washers of galvanized iron and of earth wire protected by galvanizediron pipe light grade 15mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber and cover in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregatein lieu of CI cover and frame etc allas specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 (Part-I), testing on completion, complete including dismantling of existing earthing complete all as specified and as directed.Note(s) :-(i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm.(ii)PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit.(iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately.(iv)Earth resistance should be less than 1 Ohm.
