Tender For Repairs To Certain Road In Zone `C & `D Under Age B/R (N) No. I Of Ge(N) Secunderabad; 1 Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam including soling surfaces if required in area not exceeding 400 Sqam and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and removing materials from site of work or stacking for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed. 2 Material & labour for Screening road metal, chippings etc on the site of work, when specially ordered including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both side of screen measured for payment) complete all as specified and directed. 3 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite, trap or basalt stone complete. 4 All as per item No 3 above but except materials ( Material retrived from item No 2 to be reused after screening) 5 Repairs to pot holes of any depth and n exc 1 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-30) putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (inc supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping). depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as directed. 6 Preparing unsurfaced water bound mecadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a tack coat of paving bitumen primer at 10 Kgs/10 sqm using paving bitumen (VG-30) all as specified and directed 7 Preparing unsurfaced water bound mecadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a tack coat of paving bitumen primer at 5 Kgs/10 sqm using paving bitumen (VG-30) all as specified and directed 8 M&LBituminous premix semi denseasphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of totalmix using paving bitumen VG-30, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient,complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L approved morum spread levelled and concolidated to required gradlent of 10cm thick (spread thickness) and rolled with hand roller 0.20 to 0.50 tonnes capacity for roas side berms,complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L painting lines, dashes etc on roads pavements exc 10cm wide with 2 to 3 mm thermo plastic road making paint white or golden yellow by automatic road marking paint spray machine complete all as specified and directed
