    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - PREPARATION OF DDR DOCUMENTS FOR BOILER DD STRUCTURES AT VENDOR WORKS FOR TWO YEARS AS PER TENDER TERMS CONDITIONS QUANTITY 36000MT - 1. Preparation of 3D structural model in TEKLA, applying bolted or welded connections, detailed fabrication and erection drawings of bolted steel structures for Boiler, ID and Misc. Structures etc. in authenticated version of TEKLA (not below 17.0 version). TEKLA drawings are to be exported to latest authenticated version of AutoCAD (not below 2012 version). 2. The bolted or welded steel structures shall contain detail works of Heavy built-up columns, beams, vertical bracings, horizontal bracings, floor beams, purlins, side cladding and other structures etc. 3. The bolted or welded steel detail drawing (fabrication & erection) and Bill of Materials (BOM) shall be prepared in the BHEL template. 4. Preparation of bolted or welded steel complete TEKLA model, fabrication drawings, Erection drawings, BOM, Connection list, Connection design, Connection Macros, Joint design calculations, documentation and all other general & special requirements, including appointment of a separate agency for preparation & checking of the above work. 5. Approval of bolted or welded steel erection & fabrication drawings from BHEL. (Approval of fabrication drawing does not relieve the bidder from the responsibility of its correctness and accuracy).
