    Bids Are Invited For Selection of Laboratories for Testing of Products/Material - 1 Scope of service - Residual Stress Measurement on Metal components at surface & sub surface. Total no. of samples 205 qty 2 Skill requirement- Partner lab should understand principles and techniques involved in this testing as well as having good experience. Additionally, outsourcing partner should have a strong track record of successfully performing RSA testing for other customers, demonstrating their expertise in this area. Should possess good expertise in this domain. 3 Acceptance criteria - CRM test results are incorporated for each test project. 4 Standard requirements - ASTM-J784 5 Sample preparation- Sample preparation, such as wire cutting, electropolishing and cleaning, may be necessary and to be done by supplier. 6 Special Requirements- Samples will be sent in batches and invoicing to be done as and when completion of test. 7 Deliverable- Test Report- Should contain test procedure outlining the methodology. Test setup photograph & location of analysis should be clearly marked in Test Report. 8 Quality Requirement- Partner lab should adhere to industry best practices and standards, such as ISO 9001 9 Duration -Testing should be completed within 2-3 days from date of receipt of samples. 10 Calibration report - Certified reference material (CRM) Test certificate/test report should be provided.
