Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Job contract for project SWARM for 18 months - scope of work - There is a requirement for assembly, testing and integration work to be carried out at NSTL, Visakhapatnam for the product designed and developed by NSTL. The scope of work for Assembly, testing of products designed and developed by NSTL are appended below- Table 1: Scope of work S No Activity Description: 1. Assembly/Disassembly of shell/carrier: a. Assembly / disassembly of mechanical shell/carrier. b. Removal, cleaning and integration of all sensor dummies, recovery systems, clamp bands. c. Checking and maintenance of O-rings d. Handling of sophisticated tools, jigs and fixtures e. Support in calibration of load cells, torque wrenches etc. 2. Hydraulic pressure test of Shell/carrier: . Periodic maintenance of Pressure chamber gaskets, pumps etc. a b. Support in calibration of different ranges of pressure gauges, measurement tools etc. c. Carrying out of external hydraulic pressure test. d. Periodic maintenance of pressure test chambers. e. Periodic maintenance of all hydraulic fittings necessary for carrying out the tests. 3. Pneumatic pressure test of Shell/carrier: a. Periodic maintenance of water tank, vacuum pumps etc. b. Support in calibration of different ranges of pressure gauges, measurement tools etc. c. Carrying out of internal pneumatic pressure test d. Periodic maintenance of N2 cylinders, water tank etc. e. Periodic maintenance of all pneumatic fittings necessary for carrying out the tests. 4. Sensors / Payload assembly: a. Support in evaluation & testing of all the sensors in different frequency ranges. b. Operating of sensor GUI during evaluation and testing. c. Carrying out of internal pneumatic and external hydraulic pressure test on sensor assembly. d. Soldering and de soldering works during calibrations. e. Shifting of all test equipments to test tanks for evaluation. f. Assembly of a sensors to carrier frame. g. Data entry for facilitating data analysis post evaluation, trials. h. Periodic maintenance of electronic systems/ equipments using in project. 5. Motor & Actuator Assembly: a. Periodic maintenance of motor. b. Periodic maintenance of actuator motor. 0 Activity Description: c. Shifting of all test equipments to test tanks. d. Assembly of motor to carrier structure. e. Assembly of actuator assembly to carrier frame and rudder assembly. f. Support in testing of motor in different load conditions. g. Support in calibration & testing of individual actuator and actuator assembly in different load conditions. h. Carrying out of internal pneumatic and external hydraulic pressure test of motor assembly. i. Data entry for facilitating data analysis post checks, trials. Shaft and Propeller Assembly: a. Periodic maintenance of propeller blades and shaft sealing system. b. Shifting of all test equipments to test tanks c. Support in testing of propellor in different load conditions e. Assembly of bearings, seals to shaft and to carrier structure d. Carrying out of internal pneumatic and external hydraulic pressure test of shaft sealing assembly f. Data entry for facilitating data analysis post calibrations, trials 7. Battery pack Assembly: a. Periodic maintenance of Battery and its components. b. Integration of battery unit with shell for in-house tests, sea trials. c. Periodic checks of battery voltage and other critical parameters d. Soldering and de soldering of battery connectors.tch you e. Charging/discharging of battery and noting of data at regular intervals. 8. Electronics Unit Assembly: a. Testing of PCB cards from component levels to pre trial checks. b. Noting down of data for analysis. c. Soldering/de soldering of various connectors, pins for cabling. d. Maintenance of electronics test equipments for testing of unit e. Connection between subsystems in carrier shell during in-house checks, pre trials and post trial checks. f. Transportation of different sophisticated electronic equipments during test phase g. Crimping of connectors for integrating sensors to electronics unit h. Mounting of the electronic cards and electronic assembly to the carrier shell. 9. System Integration: a. Integration of all sub systems into the main shell/carrier. b. Replacement of O-rings and other associated hardware. c. Connecting of all the connectors of the payloads to battery and onboard computer module in the carrier assembly d. Transportation of systems within the premises for in-house tests e. Driving of battery-operated truck for movement of stores f. Support in integrated leak test and external hydraulic pressure test g. Periodic maintenance of water tank, vacuum pumps etc. h. Support in calibration of different ranges of pressure gauges, measurement tools etc. i. Carrying out of internal pneumatic pressure test j. Periodic maintenance of N2 cylinders, water tank etc. k. Periodic maintenance of all pneumatic fittings necessary for carrying out the tests. 10. Shock & Vibration testing: a. Integration of all sub systems into the main shell/carrier. b. Transportation of systems within the premises for in-house tests c. Mounting of carrier to shock table d. Mounting of carrier to Vibration table e. Carrying out system functional test after shock and vibration tests f. Periodic maintenance & handling of shock & vibration fixtures 11. Loading/Unloading during Sea/ lake Trials: a. Loading & unloading of trial accessories into carrier trucks / transportation vehicle at NSTL, Visakahapatnam and Naval Jetties at Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam b. Loading and unloading of system, loading gears, accessories at jetty onto civil/naval ships/submarines 12. Software and Hardware Testing: a. Software and Hardware integration testing on various units. b. Testing of algorithms. c. Storage of output log files of various sensors and payloads. d. Handling of various GUI of sensors. 13. Documentation: a. Preparation of user manuals of all the payloads. b. Maintaining records of project purchase documents. c. Preparation of maintenance manual of all subsystem and entire carrier assembly. d. Preparation for various project review meetings. e. Preparation of project closure documentation. Total Quantity :
