Extension of bottom side header size 10\" X SCH 120 with flange and blind type arrangement along with satisfactory hydraulic testing(72kg/cm2).All necessary formalities in accordance to IBR norms. Flange , blind ,High tensile nut & bolt along with high pressure spiral joint will be supplied by fabricator.

Machining/Lapping of boiler main hole Drum seat &coveralong withsatisfactory hydraulic testing(72kg/cm2)

Dismanteling fabrication and erection Superheated steam line bend 8\"NBX SCH 80 SA-106 Grade B withsatisfactory trial .Material for bend will be supplied by fabricator.

20 TPH capacity boiler no 2( IJT Make)

Dismanteling fabrication and erection of drum to drum tubes (size 63.5 mmX 4.06mm )with satisfactory expansion and bellmouthing of tubes along with satisfactory hydraulic testing(32kg/cm2).All necessary formalities in accordance to IBR directives are to be taken up. Also the tubes are to be carefully dismantled as the taken out tubes are proposed to be used for replacement of air heater tubes of different boilers.
