Tender For Re-Surfacing The Damaged Internal Roads At Salagramapuram; 1 supply of air compresser 7cmm (diesel)withrequired hose pipes for cleaning the road surface and removing the dust / spillaged material etc., including fuel, operator charges and incidental charges etc.,as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete.All labour and equipment, spares etc., complete. (Payment will be made for number of hours worked at site only) 2 Providing bituminous concrete (asphalt concrete) grading 1 or 2 using 5% bitumen 60/70 and 3% rock dust filler hot-mix hot-laid wearing coarse as per 509 of M/o RT & Hs specifications for road and bridge works, including heating and mixing of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler and binder in hot-mix plant, transporting the premix to site of work by tipper truck and laying with paver-finisher, rolling etc., as required and as directed bythe Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials 3 Providing tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS grade on dry and hungry bituminuous surfaces @ 3.00kg/10m2 emulsion as per IRC specification including scrapping the old surface, cleaning, spraying emulsion etc., as required and as directed by engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials but excluding cost of emulsion 4 Supplying of Bitumen emulsion (Asphalt Emulsion) Rapid Setting (RS) Grade minimum 65% bitumen content bitumen (Bulk) on dry and hungry bituminous surface @ 3.00 kg/10 m2at site ofwork including loading, unloading and stacking etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete.All labour and materials. 5 SIGNAGE SYSTEM : Supplying and fixing road signage fixture(as per IRC standards and specifications ) on finished black top surface and road kerbs including sign boards etc as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete.All labour and materials. 6 a) Thermoplastic road markings as per sec 803 of MoRTH & H speed brakers & road markers along the road 7 b) Road studs
