13Supply of 12 inch dia Inset type all weather operation LED uni-directional approach sequenced flashinglight fixtures with aluminium shallow base bottom box and matching body of fitting for mountng the fitting, filter/prism (clear), reflector, secondary lead, gasket, driver unit, connected heat resistant accessories etc. The fitting shall be of low protrusion type and the prism shall be of replaceable type without applying any compound. The lights shall be campatible with the controller supplied and should be capable of flashing at frequencies 1 or 2 Hz at three different brillancies and suitable for remote operation. The fixtures together with the other lights of the same flashing system should be connected to the flash master control unit. The overall power consumption of light & flashing control field units should be less than 70W and suitable to works on Single Phase 230V± 10%, 50 Hz, single phase, AC Supply etc complete as required. The photometrics of the fitting arrangment shall conform to ICAO Annex 14 Vol I and FAA Certification and to relevant Standards, Specifications, International Certifications as per the Requirements as required.

24Fabrication & Supply of MS Rectangular Transformer Housing Box of size 600X450X300 mm, made out of 8mm thick MS sheet on four sides and bottom, 10mm thick MS sheet for top cover with removable type with handles at both sides, providing top cover support (at inside of box) made of 50x50x5mm angle with gaskets, 1 No. 25mm dia drain hole at the bottom and suitable holes all four sides to enable entry of 50 mm Diameter ‘B’ Class GI pipe/63 or 90 mm dia OD HDPE Pipe OR as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge and provision of one Vertical inner partition plate of 8 mm thick, Two Nos. cadmium plated earthing bolts with nuts, includig painting with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of black enamel paint finish for MS box etc. as required.
25SH III: Installation of AGL Fixtures, CCRs and Associated Works.
26Installation of Inset light fittings (approach/Sequential Flashing light)in the concrete/bitumen surface by core cutting with suitable core cutting machine tool for the required size for fixing the shallow box, alignment of the box to match with the runway surface, fixing it using Dobefil compound with hardener, fixing of top assembly on the shallow box, connecting the plug and receptacles of inset fitting with isolation transformer, making all electrical connections, making good the surface to the original finish, testing and commissioning of the whole inset fittings etc., complete as required. (Fitting, Isolation Transformer and connector kits will be supplied by department)
27Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Elevated Approach Light Fitting on the ground at Field with Base Plate, Breakable Couplings and all accessories as required on the existing Transformer Housing Boxes including installation of isolating transformer, crimping / joining of connector kits, covering with HT insulation tape over which PVC tape, fixing of gaskets, nuts, bolts and other accessories, alignment, levelling, earth connection etc., complete as required.
28Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sequential Flasher Light Fitting on the ground at Field with Base Plate, Breakable Couplings and all accessories as required on the existing Transformer Housing Boxes including crimping / joining of Cable, covering with insulation tape, fixing of gaskets, nuts, bolts and other accessories, alignment, levelling, earth connection etc., complete as required.
29Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Elevated Approach Light Fitting on the Existing Pole/Mast at Field with all accessories as required includinginstallation of isolating transformer, crimping / joining of connector kits, covering with HT insulation tape over which PVC tape, fixing ofnuts, bolts and other accessories, alignment, levelling, earth connection etc., complete as required.
30Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sequential Flasher Light Fitting on the Existing Pole/Mast at Field with all accessories as required including crimping / joining of Cable, covering with insulation tape, fixing of nuts, bolts and other accessories, alignment, levelling, earth connection etc., complete as required.
31Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Flash Field Control Unit (FFCU)of Sequential Flasher Lights at Field on side of runway approach as required includingsupports made of60mm dia. and 500mm height aluminium pole of 5.5 mm thick with fixing the FFCUMetal cabinet box by providing 150mm PCCCement Concrete (1:2:4) and Pre cast cement contrete cube of minimum size 450 x 450x 600 mm with foundation bolts of minimum length 300mm and 16mm dia & nuts with spring washer of SS 304 grade of suitable size i/c providing breakable couplings and providing cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 all around thebox board upto 0.5 mtr on the four sides of the box for a depth of 150 mm etc. as approved by Engineer-In-Charge complete as required.
32Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Flash Master Control Unit (FMCU) with all accessories on existing wall/surface i/c providing power line connection from Panel and FFCU, control wire connection, connection with the ALCMS at ATC Tower for remote operation, earthing etc., complete as required.
33Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10KW CCR (Microprocessor Based) including all civil works, provision for cable entry, connecting all the field cables, power cables, control cables, earthing etc., complete as required.
34Installation of MS Transformer housing boxof size 330mm X 330 mm X 300 mm in runway / taxiway shoulder of concrete/bitumen surface including dismantling of concrete/bitumen to the required size, providing 75mm thick cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 on all around the transformer housing box with required slope on the top to match with the original bitumen / concrete surface etc., as required.

43Supplying and laying of 25mm size ISI marked "B" class GI pipe and accessories for taking secondary lead from inset fittings to the transformer housing box installed outside the runway/taxiway shoulder by groove cutting with Groove Cutting machine on the concrete/bitumen runway/taxiway surface at a depth upto 40 mm to match the cable entry hole of inset fitting shallow base and width to accommodate the pipe including smooth bending of pipe as per requirement, chipping the slot, alignment and fixing the pipe including connecting to inset light shallow box using coupling/connectors etc., as per requirement, closing the slot with cold bituminous mix road bond (Hincol make or equivalent) (i/c supply) i/c applying rapid emulsion RS1 to match the existing runway / taxiway surface etc., complete as required.
44Supply and laying of 40 mm dia B Class GI Pipealong with all accessoreis like sockets, bends,coupler etc., complete with fitting cutting, jointing etc., in runway/taxiway/apron shoulder for connecting transformer housing boxes by groove cutting with groove cutting machine on bitumen / concrete surface to a suitable depth, chipping the slot with hammering machine i/c jointing of pipe & filling the gaps with bitumen/cement concrete and making good the surface with original finish etc., complete as required and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
45Supply and laying of 40 mm dia B Class GI Pipe along with all accessoreis like sockets, bends,coupler etc., complete with fitting cutting, jointing etc.,in Soft Soil for connecting transformer housing boxes direct in ground (40 cm below ground level) intrench including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc.,complete as required and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
46Supply and laying of One Number Additional 40 mm dia B Class GI Pipe along with all accessoreis like sockets, bends,coupler etc., complete with fitting cutting, jointing etc.,in Soft Soil for connecting transformer housing boxes direct in ground (40 cm below ground level) in the same trench including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc.,complete as required and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
47Supply and Fixing of 32 mm dia OD HDPE Pipe of PN6 PE 80 grade ISI Marked conforming to IS:4984 along with all accessoreis like sockets, bends,coupler etc, complete with fitting cutting, jointing etc., in the existing Mast with suitable fixing arragements etc., complete as required.
48Supply and Laying of 90mm dia PE 100 PN 10 HDPE Pipes by single horizontal drilling of suitable dia in the operational area with depth range at 2.5 to 3 mtrincluding opening of manholes / pits on both sides, reaming, drilling, jointing of pipes, providing all required machines (HDD machine, mud mixer, earth moveretc.) and specialised manpower, closing of manholes / pits after laying the pipes etc as required.

82Provision / Modification of existing ALCMS at ATC, CCR room and AOCCNetwork Stations of Chennai Airport by supply and installation of Input/OutputModules, Interfacing Cards etc., in the existing 2 Nos. ofVault Processors (One in Operation & One in Standby) at CCR Room, development of software programme for the said 3 Stations, Software installation in 2 Nos. ofPLCs, 4 Nos. of PCs, suitable for control &monitoring of additional 2 Nos. of CCRs and FMCUs including wiring, testing, commissioning, providing event & fault loggingetc., supplying and laying Control Cables etc., complete as required. (Item has to beexecuted by M/s. NASU Systems who is the OEM of existing Main System)
83Providingcement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) to make platform including excavation to required depth and plastering around the installed sign boards/transformer housing boxes/junction boxes etc. to required depth, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge as required.
84Supply and Fixing of pre-cast RCC manhole chamber of size 1000 mm X 1000 mm X600 mm deep with wall thickness of 100 mm along with suitable RCC slab cover having 100 mm thickness with lifting hooks making as per site requirements including providing PCC base of grade 1:3:6of 100 mm thickness at the bottom, required excavation, refilling, ramming etc., complete as required.
85Structural Steel Work as per Design/Site Requirement to establish Walkway/Pathway/Supporting Structures etc., with MS Channels/Angles/Plates of suitable size and thickness including cutting, welding, jointing, hosting, fixing in position and applying one coat of Zinc Chromate Primer and Two Coats of Aviation Yellow Enamel Paint etc.,complete as required.
86Providing of RCC including providing of PCC base of grade1:3:6 of 100 mm thickness at the bottom and RCC of grade ( 1:1.5:3) as required as per the design basis. ( This item is NOT for foundation work of Item No. 57 & 58)
87Numbering of GLF ALS Fittings / Mast-Pole etc., as required and as per direction of EIC
88Conducting site survey by total station instrument for installation of CAT-lbarrette type approach light up-to 780 meter length from threshold of Runway 25 i/c works of identification and marking of Runway central line, locating all approach light points and taking the levels, prepare an approach profile indicating the ground level at each point along with the mast foundation level, height of the mast and light meeting ICAO Design Manual & Annexure-14 specified gradients, preparing & submission of the approach profile survey, drawing etc., complete as required and as directed by EIC.
89Photometric testing of Air field lights using vehicle Mounted Photometric Calibration System for Approach lights RWY 25 (120 Nos)and submission of reports etc. complete as required.
