(v) Cost of all the minor spares (incl inverter Transformer)to put the UPS in working condition shall deemed to be incl in unit rate quoted complete however supply of major components shall be measured under relevant Items. (vi)Response time during normal working hours shall not be more than 4 Hrs from the time of receipt of complaint and the resolution time shall be maximum 48 hrs, based on the nature of complaint and replacement of components and boards. vii) Standby UPS of similar capacity shall be provided by the contractor on site till the repair of UPS.Transport / rent of the same shall be borne by the contractor during the contract period and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include this aspect complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. |
