Name of Work: Unloading of Steam generator from trailer and placing on supports provided at Kaiga Site, Karnataka.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Mobilization & Demobilization of one 450MT crawler crane (Min. handling load of approx 180MT SWL within maximum radius of 25Mtrs) and one 300MT tyre mounted crane (Min. handling load of approx 125MT SWL within maximum radius of 20Mtrs) and its associated components to Kaiga site. The Scope of work includes providing the above heavy duty cranes and Unloading the Steam Generator (HX) weighing approximately 245MT (Dimensions: Length-25mtrs, Dia-4mtrs) from trailer by tandem handling with the aid of two cranes at Kaiga Generation Station, Kaiga, Karnataka. Includes providing of above cranes with fuel(diesel), lubricants, wooden sleepers, tools & tackles such as D-shackles, lifting slings, hydraulic jacks etc., Handling of test loads (provided by NPCIL) and Load testing of cranes & lifting tools to be performed prior to unloading,includes providing of Operators, Supervisor, Skilled and Semiskilled labour, safety gears for personnel, consumables etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.
