Tender For Maintenance And Repairing Of 2X110 Mw And 2X210 Mw Ash Dykes At Ptpp, Parichha. - Carriage of CMR/ash by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking upto 5 Km distance from Power House area to Ash ponds at ptpp parichha. Payment to be made after deducting voids as per CPWD specfication or as decided by Engineer in Charge. 2 Earth/Ash work in excavation in Earth over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal ofexcavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m; disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed 3 Placing of precast RCC planks in decantation well including its carrige and putting it into slott including all labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 4 Providing and laying empty cement plastic bags filling the same with ash having capacity of 50Kg and stiching the same with sutali, laying with ash pond area as per instruction of Engineer incharge. 5 Engaging JCB/Hydra machine on hire bases including hire fuel driver helper etc. complete. 6 Dry stone pitching 22.5/30 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface filling from fly ash with watering & compection complete including carriage from coal handling area.(boulder free of costfrom CHD area in Plant) 7 Taking out of ash from manholes and ash recovery water pipe line upto a depth of 6m with the help of taking out arrangement with all T&P etc. complete for proper completion of work. 8 Spreading of CMR/ash/earth by opening of stack including dressing watering compaction/ramming etc. complete for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge of the work. Payment to be made on compacted quantity. 9 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood,trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared 10 Brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 11 CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 12 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 13 Formation of dyke/ roads using approved materials including the preparation of borrow area,stripping, watering of borrow area, excavation of approved quality of material from borrow area,using poclains or any other mechanical means,loading, unloading, transporting by dumpers,trucks etc., surface watering / dewatering,lowering of water level to at least 0.5 m belowthe bottom of the working level, includingconstruction of cofferdams wherever required,depositing the fill material on the dyke,spreading by dozers or grader in layers notexceeding 30 cm in compacted thickness forforming the embankment with all leads, lifts,breaking clods, watering, compaction with min. 10tone capacity vibratory rollers or pneumatictyred rollers to achieve a dry density not lessthan 95% of maximum dry density (StandardProctor) forming extra width on edges, trimmingof slopes and slope compaction with dozers orslope compactors to obtain the section as perconstruction drawings, with all incidental charges, cost of labour, equipment, materialsetc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer. With ash available from inside ash dyke area 14 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 15 Same as above item but steel shall be issued by department free of cost ( steel issued by department) 16 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bendin g, placing in position and binding all complete for Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars
