| 2 | M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1mm of asian paints or its equivalent over the plasterd/ old painted wall after scrapping by skilled labour. Step 1 :-Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with asinan Piants Trucare putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer with min 1400W power having mixer rod of industrual stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5Kg putty per minute). Step 2 :- Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco Spray Machine (Model: EH 230DI) or equivalant having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" Step-3 : Allow 6-8 hrs time ot dry the putty surface. |
