Spares & Consumable items to be provided by IOCL. Records to be maintained & brought for verification to IOCL officials, Daily operation and routine maintenance of, Battery banks, Battery Chargers, UPS etc. The job includes topping up batteries with distilled water, ensuring charging of battery bank maintaining logs/records etc. During all three shifts on all weekdays. Testing Equipment shall be provided by IOCL. The test result has to be certified by the Licensed grade A electrical contractor. Job includes provision of additional manpower if required for the same. Records to be maintained & brought for verification to IOCL officials., Checking/rectifying of safety trips of all fire engine, Air Compressor, Vapour compressor and LPG pupms. Spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOC. Records to be maintained & brought for verification to IOCL officials., Checking/rectifying the condition of battery for Fire Engine and DG sets. Spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOC. Records to be maintained & brought for verification to IOCL officials., Routine Maintenance of all DG sets and all types of Electronics & Electrical panel like electrical motors and pumps, air conditioners, air coolers, fans, refrigerators, canteen equipments, etc. related to housing complex. Spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOC. Records to be maintained & brought for verification to IOCL officials., Checking / Calibration of GMS. Assistance to be provided during calibration of GMS during OEM visit. Spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOC. Records to be maintained & brought for verification to IOCL officials, Any other type of Electrical Maintenance job related to Safety,PMCC & Fire Pump House anywhere inside the plant & TT parking Area as directed by IOC officials but not specified above.
