66PART B - NON SCHEDULE ITEMS
67Providing and laying Reinforcement Cement Concrete for Construction of Curviliner wall/ slab at all locations with M35 Grade Self Compacting Concrete with Portland Pozzolana Cement excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. Reinforcement shall be measured and Paid seperately.Above Plinth Level at all heights.
68Design, Fabricate, deliver (Prefabricated & Assembled - to job site) and install uPVC casement windows from approved make or equivalent. The outer frame and shutters should have a sill width of 70mm for two track and casement system as well as 128mm for three track sliding system. The face width of the sash should be minimum 110mm. uPVC profiles should have a minimum wall thickness of 2.3mm in the visible area. The profiles should be welded seamlessly Zip-welded without needing corner cleaning or grooved/raised finish. Both the shutter and bead profiles should have co-extruded gaskets in the glazing area. The frame and shutters should have EPDM gaskets in the sealing area. Steel reinforcement should be galvalum minimum of 1.5 mm thickness for frames and 2 mm for shutters and approved as per structural calculations. The glass panels shall be double glazed hermetically sealed panels made of 6mm thick Heat-strengthened coated glass - approved series or equivalent with coating on surface #2 with 12mm dry air gap and 6mm thick clear heat strengthened glass of approved series or equivalentmake(654 PPM) with properties as Visible Light Transmission (VLT) as 42%, Light Reflection internal as 22%, Light reflection External as 14%,Solar Factor as 0.24, and U value as 1.5 W/sqm.k and weighted average sound reduction as minimum of 30dB as per the detail drawings ,and securely bonded & Glass tolerance of ±0.2 as per EN Standard . Structural calculations to be submitted for both glass and frames.The vertical member should not deflect more than L/175 or 19mm for SGU and L/175 or 15mm for DGU, Deflection calculation should be based upon moment distribution. Steel reinforcement should have AluminoZinc coating for higher corrosion resistance. All hardware should be designed to withstand coastal conditions. 3D hinges to be used with adjustability in 3 directions. Multipoint locking to be provided with espags of SS304 grade. All shims to be capable of transferring the load evenly and made of a suitable material (Teflon, Nylon etc) capable of lasting the life span of the system. All miscellaneous items such as peripheral sealants, backer rods, fasteners etc to be included in the rate. (with mesh shutter & fixed aluminium grill)
69Supply/ Providing of double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on
70the exterior side, for all heights made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.
71clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform, stiffeneer with bracings, runners etc with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineering- charge .The weight of of the scaffolding material supplied shall be measured for payment purpose .
72Fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, for all heights made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineering- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

74Supply installation testing and commissioning of STP complete in all respect with primary secondary and tertiary treatment as per detail specification mentioned in RFP.

78Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air to water Hot water Generators (refrigerant type) . Heat pump shall be comprised of Scroll type compressors having a tube in tube heat exchanger Throttle type EXV, Using the R410a Refrigerant. The hot water generator should be capable of producing hot water temperature upto 55 Deg C. The nominal water production shall be minimum 850 LPH. Power consumption (Input) per unit should not exceed more than 9.0 KW. Minimum COP of the unit will be 4.50. as per detail specification mentioned in RFP
