(iii) In case any maintenance / complaine to the contractor telephonically or verbally or on complaint slip is not rectified within 48 Hours, the contractor shall be penalties @ Rs250/- per complaintper day and shall be recovered from the contractor"s dues. (v) The contractor or his representative will report to the concerned JE E/M daily in the morningat 9.30 AM to collect the complaints and shall deposite the same to his office after rectification duly signed by the concerned user / occupant of effected accn or area complete all as specified and directed. |
