NOTES :- (a) The Contractor shall engage One Experienced Technician who will visit at an interval of EVERY 30 DAYS and/or as and when required/directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to examine and repair the Plant.The Technician will report to the JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge for his Every Visit, failing which no Payment will be allowed to the Contractor. (b) The Plant shall not remain Non Operation more than 8 HOURS in any case either due to Break down or Maintenance otherwise a recovery @ Rs. 300.00 PER HOUR shall be charged from the Contractor beyond 8 HOURS for Non Operation of Plant. (c) The Quoted Unit Rate includes fixing only for non workable major parts as and when required basis.
