Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any damage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department. 27 Taking out unsv pole PCC/ Steel tubular andSupplying, transporting to site, erecting, and fixing in position, steeltubular swaged and welded poles of Overall height 9 metres, type 410 SP-31, IS-2713 marked, with mild steel base plate (filletwelded to poles), pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc,including painting on the outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embeded in concrete and painting 03 nos band /strips with fluorescent , PO box red synthetic enamel paint ( 30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm fromplinth block and numbering of poles, including the existing service line/ chanel/ street lights/JBs complete allied itemsshifting the new polecomplete all as specified and directed byEngr-in-Charge.(Note:- Poles shall be swaged and welded atmanufacturer’s factory and not at site. The inner surface shall be factory painted) 28 M&L for PCC (1:4:8)type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation(below pole ) complete all as specified and directed. 29 M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of stay assembly/struts/pole etc. (around the poles in pit) complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping /pedestal of poles including necessary form work, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 31 Supply and fixing pre-fabricated MSstructural steel (IS marked) work consisting of channels / angles / other sections etc of various sizes and shape, cut / weld / drilled holes etc hot / cold in position for cross arms with FI clamps (full, half D and earth clamp etc) incl necessary MS bolts, nuts etc and painting the steel surfaces with twocoats of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 32 Material and labour for supply straining and stretching of aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR), ISI marked, laid overhead onpoles, including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire complete all as specified and directed. 33 M&L for provision of anti-climbing device, spikes type, in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole,fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) welded to MS flat including nuts, bolts, washers etc including taking out old anti-climbing device complete all as specified and directed. 34 Supply and fix in repair danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps (made of 25x3 mm MS flat iron) nuts, bolts and washers etc for LT poles / pillar box etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed. 35 Supply and fixing in replacement stay assembly for LT poles complete, comprising of galavanised steel stranded stay wire 7 / 3.15 mm, galvanished steel stay bow 400 x 14, galvanized steel rod 2150 mm long 16 mm dia with nut bolts and washers, steel plate 230 x 230 x 6mm thick , 2 nos thimbles , loop insulator size 65 x 90 mm clearance hole 16 mm including clamps and fixed to stay clamp complete all as specified. (Note :Rate quotedincludes Excavation, earth work and PCC ) 36 Supply and fix in replacement pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, size 100mm height and 65mm dia, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two Nos GI washers and one GI nut complete all as specified and directed. 37 Supply and fix in replacement shackle type insulator,ISI marked,porcelain,vitreous white, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked of size 90 x 75 mm, including galvanized mild steel strips 31x3 mm,washers, insulators bolts (12 mm dia), washers and nuts all as specified and directed. 38 M&L for plate earthing for sub station equipments complete with galvanisedmild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than3.5m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 2.75m below normal ground level,the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm boreGIlight grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregateexcavation & earth work and RCCcover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Pt-I. including taking out old u/s earthing material. 39 Supplying and fixing STRAIGHT THROUGH cable jointing Kit for 1100 V grade cable forcomplete with jointing material ( heat shrink type) and accessories suitable for 25 sqmm to 50sqmm 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminkium conductor cable and testing aftre jointing complete all as specified and directed. 40 Supplying and fixing STRAIGHT THROUGH cable jointing Kit for 1100 V grade cable forcomplete with jointing material ( heat shrink type) and accessories suitable for 70 sqmm to 120sqmm 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminkium conductor cable and testing aftre jointing complete all as specified and directed. 41 Supplying and fixing STRAIGHT THROUGH cable jointing Kit for 1100 V grade cable forcomplete with jointing material ( heat shrink type) and accessories suitable for 150 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminkium conductor cable and testing aftre jointing complete all as specified and directed. 42 Supplying and fixing STRAIGHT THROUGH cable jointing Kit for 1100 V grade cable forcomplete with jointing material ( heat shrink type) and accessories suitable for 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminkium conductor cable and testing aftre jointing complete all as specified and directed. 43 M&L for Cutting of worn-out / burnt aluminium cable terminal lugs from the HT/LT cable , crimping of new aluminium cable core and fixing with transformer/ Panel MCCB terminal/ FPB/ JB/ pole/DBs/ stud including cutting/ dressing of cable, disconnecting under ground / OH line cable conductor , cutting down worn-out portion and refixing with suitable lugs complete, includingunder ground cables of any type and size for repairs including taking out under ground cable loop from ground and making connections of restoration of electric supply complete all as specified. 44 Releasing the binding of ACSR conductor of OH lines from insulator , removing the jumper, connector, service wire, disconnecting the connection of UG cables and restretching of existing HT/LT OH lines ,any size, length and span upto desired sag as designed by Engineer-in-Charge and rebinding the ACSR Conductor on insulator , reconnecting the UG cable etc complete all as specified. (Note :- Distance between two consecutive poles (any No of conductors) shall be measured as one span.) 45 Trimming/ loppingbranches of treetouching to LT/HT OH lines / two pole structre/ 4 pole structre/ not exceeding 30 cm girth , shrub, vegetation, bushwood and saplings at least upto 3 M from outer edge of ACSR including removing of braches of trees etc. to a distance exceeding 100 m and not exceeding 150 M complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Shutdown wherever required shall be taken in writtig from Engr-in-Charge.(ii) Distance between two consecutive poles shall be measured as one span. 46 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces erected steel tubular swaged poles / Rails/Girder poles of LTover head line ( Except embedded portion) , 9/11 Mtr longincluding all MS work mounted on pole , earth protection & water pipe ( if exists) and providing one coat of aluminium paint and providing 05 Nos bands/ straps with Two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( black & yellow and Black and redwhite30 cm wide each)from top of plinth block and numbering of poleswith white synthetic enamel paint on yellow synthetic enamel piant ground(50mm wide and 100mm high letters) including encircling the letters or figures complete all as specified and directed. 47 Finding out faultin any size of cable, 1100V grade to 33000V with the help of FaultTesting Vanby disconnecting of cable from both sides and making connection after fault finding and repairs upto a length of 500m complete all as specified & directed.Note:- All the equipments, tackle, T&P, Fault finding/ testing Van etc shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost.
