    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Comprehensive Amc Of Simulator Hardware Software - THE SCOPE OF WORK WITH TECHNICAL PARAMETERS AND EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF FWPT 1. The scope of work with technical parameters and evaluation criteria for Annual Maintenance Contract of FWPT simulator has been enumerated in succeeding paragraphs. 2. Software Maintenance. Overall maintenance of the FWPT Simulator Software is to be carried out by facilitating adequate resources, expertise and capacity for maintenance of simulator/ software for the duration of the AMC. The maintenance activities would include but not limited to following:- (a) Error correction services to be provided for bug resolution and free update patches are to be provided including addition of new equipment as and when required; for training on simulator software. (b) Making copies of the existing software and reinstall it when corrupted on server and client PC. (c) Crisis and disaster recovery/ restoration of the software. 3. Hardware Maintenance. The Simulator hardware which when defective is to be repaired/ replaced. The list of hardware is as tabulated below: - Desktop Computers 32 monitors 20 monitors High End Graphic Card Debriefing Projector Online UPS 5 KVA Online UPS 1500 VA Multifunctional Printer Headphone Network Switch (24 port) Total Quantity :
