23M&L aluminium wind tie of any size fixed with self tapping screws of size 50/75mm with integral EPDM washer in roof covering all as specified and directed
24Dismantling wood boarding, panels, beams or any description, fixed any position with nails all as specified and directed
25S&F 8mm thick fibre cement plank (size 3x0.15m) of any colour fixed in position with suitable screws/ fasteners as per manufactures instructions on aluminium/ mild steel work in wall cladding including applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint on fibre planks complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Sheera of M/s Mahaphant Fibre cement (South Asia) Pvt Ltd or its equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Aluminium/ Mild steel work shall be measured and paid seperately
26Dismantling of wallandceilingboards(fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulationboards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed
27M&L anodized aluminium snap grid framework incl 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards 600x600mm incl two coats OBD and preparation of surfaces over boardinserted to framework with screws with hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed
28Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed
