| 1 | To perform such services and execute such work upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the MES standard schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendment No 1,2 & 3 and 2020 Part-II (Rates) together with amendment No 1 to 59 and upon the conditions contained in the tender documents , as may be demanded , and as enumerated in the aforesaid MES schedule, AND/OR at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62of General Conditions (IAFW-2249) with amendment No 1 to 48, |
| 2 | Note:-(i) The tenderer selectchoose the specific option \"Excess (+) or less (-)\" available at the 4th row indicating bidders name under respective column \"E\" as desired by him and quote his BOQ Excel sheet to quote the precentage abovebelow MES Standard Schedules of Rates. Tenderer shall insert his derived percentage above or below SSR part II rates in the 4th row indicating Bidder Name under respective column \"F\" of this BOQ Excel sheet.(ii) The figure (amount) inserted by the MES under column prescribed for estimated rate shall be deemed at par with SSR and the amount reflected in subsequent column of BOQ is a tentative gross amount for rough guidence and for reference only. Smililarly, the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by the contractor) shall also be treated for net gross amount for rough nd for reference only. The aceptance of contractor\"s offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate by the contractor in the respective column above. The work orderes forvarious worksservices shall be placedorderedfor amount worked outpriced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part II subject to percentage rate quoted by the contractor in respective column above.(iv) Contractor\"s special attention is invited to condition \"4 (A) WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTORS)\" and condition \"56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACTS (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTACTS)\" of General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)\". The provision of these conditions of \" General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)\" shall be stricly followed.(v) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works services required to be done under this contracts may vary to any extant irrespective of the amount of total works services required to be done under this contract may vary to any extant irrespective of the amount mentioned and worked out subject to quoted percentage rate in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works services as ordered during currency of the contract at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedules of Rates 2020 Part II subject to quoted to quoted percentage rate mentioned above during contract period.
