Tender For Wardrobe/Storage Space Work,Painting& Repairing Work At Sn Hall At National Law University, Jodhpur 1 Constructing cupboard/working table /storage space in half brick masonry in FPS Bricks (clay bricks)of class designation 75 and kota stone (1”thk.) as per drawing attached i.e constructing in total 10 feet length and 2 feet depth by constructing two vertical walls in half brick masonry (in FPS bricks with cement Sand mortar 1:6)of height 7 feet and depth 2 feet as per drawing which consists of working table area made in kota stone of size 4 feet length at 2.5 feet height from G.L. and then fixing two kota stone of size 4 feet length and 1 feet depth as an shelves The kota stone should rest (supported) at one end in half brick masonry and other end is embedded in wall by making groove 1.0” deep in wall. All grooves/jhiries done should be properly repair with patching/plaster in cement sand mortar 1:3. The vertical half brick masonry should be plastered on all sides by cement mortar 1:6 (20mm)thk.The wardrobe portion consists of size of length 3’ internal and partitions as mentioned in drawing. At 7 feet height kota stone is laid on top of cupboard as per required size of area 10 feet length and 2 feet width for storage space. Between the space of two vertical brick wall two kota stone partition be fixed on length 2 feet and depth 2 feet ,including P/f 6 feet length and 3” height kota stone skirting on front side. All kota stone front edge should be half moulded. The work as specified above and in drawing should be inclusive of all labour,material,transportation, scaffolding & T& P at all floor levels i.e from Ground floor to III Floor. The work includes providing & fixing one handle and lock and one SS steel curtain rod with mirror (minimum 3 mm thk) of size 1’*4’ at one shutter including cost of frame for fixing mirror.
