Social Media Account Management: • Creative and Video Postings: Engaging content creation and dissemination across various social media platforms to build anticipation and generate buzz leading up to the event. Minimum of 5 Post Per Day on all Social Media Handles. • Content Creation: Developing creative content and uploading on all social media channels. The content includes but not limited to banners, 30 seconds promotional videos, 2-3 minutes video content, 1-minute short videos, voice over, infographics, graphics, GIF, flip books, 2D & 3D creatives, smart arts, success stories, Speakers & Chief Guest creatives, Video testimonials from delegates and audience members etc. • Event Creation and Engagement on Facebook: Setting up an official event page on Facebook and fostering significant engagement through interactive posts and discussions. • Live Postings During the Event: Real-time coverage of every speaker and captivating moments during the event to engage online audiences. • Short Video and Reels Posting: Sharing dynamic video content and reels before, during and after the event to captivate viewers and create buzz. • On Site Social Media Engagement: Encourage user-generated content through designated hashtags, host Quiz & contests, and challenges, and conduct live streams or virtual events to foster real-time interaction. Prompt discussions and share behind-the-scenes glimpses. • Physical Presence of Influencers: Ensuring the physical presence of influential personalities on the day of the event to lend further credibility and draw attention. • Post-Event Coverage and Achievements: Highlighting event achievements, media coverage, and important messages from distinguished guests, in postIDY2024 communications. • Response Management: Responding to the inputs, requests, queries, suggestions, etc. in an accurate and timely manner on social media. • Social Listening: Closely monitor news and other activities related to IDY2024 24*7 on Digital Media along with all the mentions, comments, quotes, etc. and respond to the same. Influencer Marketing Campaign: • Collaborating with influencer to broaden reach and impact. The influencer marketing endeavors must aim to engage with a staggering audience till IDY2024. • Reach up to 10 Crores through Influencer Targeting: o At least 100 tweets/posts/Instagram reels each with more than 50k impressions from the influencers. o 2 Twitter trending pre and during the event to create buzz. o At least 40-50 Influencers will endorse the IDY. o Cross-channel collaboration with popular influencers to create a greater impact. , 2. Taking National Media to the Venue. • Print Coverage: Garnering coverage in leading national, International and regional newspapers to amplify awareness. • Wire Releases: Distribution of wire releases emphasizing the significance of International Day of Yoga to key media channels. • Online Portal Coverage: Securing coverage across esteemed online portals to reach diverse audiences. • YouTube Channel Representation: Coordination with major YouTube channels with substantial outreach to capture event highlights and insights. • Thought Leadership Publication: Publication of a thought leadership article authored by the Dignitaries, spotlighting the importance of Yoga on the day of the event. • Media Tracking: Monitor with the help of AI tools for analyzing comments / remarks about the IDY2024, ministers in various media like newspapers, magazines, blogs, etc. both offline & online, national & international. (Video Included) • Media Coverage Report: Submission of Pre & Post event Traditional & Social Media Coverage Report. Note • The Team including Social Media Manager, Video Editor, Designer, PR Manager, Content Developer and if any other will be stationed at MDNIY or as per the requirement. • Agency Should be capable of running Social Media Advts.
