Name of Work: Replacement of PVC flooring in Net Shop, ICK Shop,Poncho Shop and Garment Shop inside the Factory at OEFC.
Sl. No. Item Description
1M&L 40mm thick Cement Concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) after brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm and finishing surface even and smooth with using extra cement including demolition as per site requirement. Cement Make: Ultratech/Ambuja,/ACC/Birla only acceptable.
2Removal of old PVC sheet flooring/tile and clearing the site.
3Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc to receive new PVC sheet flooring.
4S&F 3 mm thick PVC sheets laminated plain coloured laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors. Make: Armstrong/Wonderfloor/Royal House, Responsive/Morvel only acceptable.
5Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 5Km including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.
