    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - TLE or PQE replacement in D or H Zone , Custom Bid for Services - TLE or PQE replacement in A or B or C or E or F or G Zone - contract for field service for replacement of Primary Quench Exchanger (PQE)/Transfer Line Exchanger (TLE) at DFCU plant. The work to be performed broadly covers skilled manpower required, all necessary tools & tackles, Approval from IBR authorities, lifting equipment, heavy equipment’s, fabrication manpower, common consumables for removal of existing exchanger and erection of new exchanger with connected piping & accessories as per drawings & instruction Engineer In-Charge. The service provider should be capable of replacement of 18 MT equipment having dimension L x W: 22.85MX 2.7M. Service provider shall supply qualified technicians, materials, labour, testing and measuring devices, supervision and each and every item of expense as necessary to satisfactorily carry out replacement of exchanger at OPaL site.
