Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected.4. Any recoveries proposed shall be recovered from the contractor. 5.In case of default in due performance of contract, the same shall be recovered on pro-rata basis from the agency bill. 6.Minimum number of person/labours to be /deployed by agency floor wise must be mechinzed including supervisors. 7. Contractor must submit the architectural and structural drawing before commissioning the work. No extra paymentshall bedone for this job. 8. No interest is payable under any circumstances. 9. No idealing charges is payable for machinery/labour/materials under any circumstances. |
