Bidder to quote Lumpsum Supply Prices for the Complete Distributed Control System as per MR requirement in Form-A (BoQ1).Price Basis: Supply prices for the complete system shall be quoted on FOT Despatch Point Basis, including all taxes & duties but excluding GST.

Bidder to quote Lumpsum Freight Charges upto Project Site for the Complete Distributed Control System in Form-A (BoQ1).-Freight Charges shall be inclusive of all taxes & duties but excluding GST.

Bidder to quote Lumpsum Site-Work Charges for the Complete Distributed Control System as per MR requirement in Form-A (BoQ1) .-Site-Work Charges shall be inclusive of all taxes & duties but excluding GST.-Quoted site work charges shall be minimum 10% of the quoted supply prices plus Mandatory Spares Prices. In case supplier quotes site work charges lesser than 10% of supply price, the differential charges shall be retained from supply prices and shall be paid along with last 10% payment of supply charges which will be paid after completion of site work.

Bidder to quoteLumpsum Charges for deputation of Engineers at Site for Post Commissioning stabilization (as per scope defined against MR Item Sl No. 21) for the Complete Distributed Control Systemas per MR requirement in Form-A (BoQ1) .-These charges shall be inclusive of all taxes & duties but excluding GST.

Bidder to list Two Years Operation and Maintenance Spares, as per their recommendation in Form-A1 . Separate list shall be provided by the Bidder for each item in the format enclosed herewith with itemized cost. Ordering of these spares may be done by the Purchaser separately on a later date and not along with main equipment.. The price of Two Years Operation and Maintenance Spares shall not be considered for commercial (price) evaluation of the bid.

The quoted prices shall be inclusive of all inspection and testing requirements as specified in the Bidding Document.

In case of any discrepancy in the item description, quantity, etc. in the price schedule format vis-a vis the details provided in MR, the MR details shall prevail.

Bidder to upload excel file of the priced copy of price schedule format. Price quoted in this Price Schedule and uploaded along-with Priced bid on e-tender portal shall be considered for evaluation & award purpose. Prices quoted anywhere else shall not be given cognisance and shall not be evaluated.3.
