Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Civil Works For 100 Ton Weighbridge In Open Scrap Yard Area Of Sms - 1 Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. -2.6.1 All kinds of soil, elc complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge (2.6.1) Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) within weigh bridge area 2 premises in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm In depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and laying of plain Cement Concrete (Cast-in-SITU) - 1:3:6 (1 cement: 33 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for foundation, basement and flooring etc., including finishing the top surface on exposed surface etc., complate and as dircted by the engineer incharge. Providing and laying in position specified grade of Rainforced Cement Concrete for raft, column, beams, rcc wall, foundations, ramp, roof slab, road concrete, etc., 4 excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with a mix of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand/M sand: 3 gracied stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per specifications and directions of the Engineer InCharge or his complete in all respect. Cement will be issued as Free Issue by SSP. Providing random rubble masonry with hard stone for foundation work including 11 levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)-excluding cost of cement Supplying and laying one layer of 18mm thick pressed clay tiles (conforming to IS 2690) of size 200 x 200 or 225x225mm over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar of 12 proportion 1:3 mixed with prolapin IC 421 of FOSROC OR APPROVED EQVT as per manufacturer specification including pointing the joints with mortar of same proportion as bed mortar, finishing the joints smooth eic complete including cost of cement mortar bed but excluding cost of cement. 13 Supplying & painting at all heights and decents with one coat of sultable primer and two coats of exterier/interier emulsion paint (imake: ASIAN/BERGER) in all colors to even shade including fillingup the cracks with suitable wall care putty all material, tools, tackles, labour etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Carrying out fabrication works for cable treich cover, grill and other fabrication works etc., in Weigh bridge area, which incluces necessary welding, cutting jobs, erection of structures and supplying and painting win one coat red oxide primer 14 and two coats enamal paint, etc., complete ana directed by the engineer-in- charge. (All structural, welding rods, oxygen-acetylene gas will be issued as Free issue by SSP for this item.) 15 Earthwork in excavation by Hydraulic rock breaker machine over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated rock, lead up to 150m and lift up to 2.5m, disposed rock to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., complete as directed by the engineer-in- charge. 16 Supplying and Painting of floor and road area with Zebra painting in Weigh bridge area with a coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint including cleaning the area before painting, the rate includes all materials, all labour, tools & tackles, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 17 Supply of following vehicles along with driver for removal of bushes, small trees and levelling the area, etc., as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. a JCB Supplying and applying one coat of cement primer and two coats of syntehtic enamel paint of required shade to brick/RCC walis and writing the versions in 18 Tamil/English/Hindi, drawings the objects, Logo, etc., complete at all heights and desent including all materials, labours, tools, lacnios, ofc., complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge, 19 Deploying of personnal expertising in fixing of foundation bolls, insert plates, alignment and welding of kerb angle, minor civil work such as hacking/chipping the concrete/ brick wall surface and associated civil works, unfore seen work, etc., complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge (Payment is based on certified attendence & PF record).
