| 1 | "For line item 10: Overhauling of compressor 22-K-301 Overhauling of Mayekawa make screw compressor 22-K-301 in FOB unit of Haldia refinery. Contractor"s Scope of work:- 1. Complete overhauling of compressor 22-K-301, by deputation of 2 no service engineer, on the work bench/table. a.) Taking initial alignment reading before decoupling. b.) Supervision during decoupling. c.) Removing compressor from skid to work bench will be in IOCL scope. However, no man-days shall be applicable for this period. 2. All the checks to be performed as per manual. 3. Inspection of removed components /checking of all clearances and measurements / replacement of components as per requirement. 4. Any other activities required for completion of overhauling. 5. Submission of detailed activity and overhauling report within 10 days of compressor commissioning. 6. Accommodation, food, boarding, lodging every type of transport (outstation and local) will be in scope of the vendor. IOC Scope of work:- 1. To provide spares for compressor. 2. Removing and putting back compressor from skid to test/work bench. 3. Adequate working conditions such as work bench, lighting, crane, spare parts, electricity, cleaning agents etc. at site. Note: Supervision Charges for commissioning after overhauling shall be paid extra in man-days." . "refer SOR item no. 00010 of RFQ line item no. 00010" excluding GST. |
| 2 | "For line item 20: Normal days This item will be operable when: a.Vendor is solely called for troubleshooting of compressor. b.Supervisory charges after overhauling of compressor on work bench: duration will be from completion of overhauling on work bench till the trial run of compressor. For this item: 1 DAY = 8 Hr. duty time (09.00 A.M. - 18.00 P.M.) on normal working days (Monday-Saturday) with 1 hr. lunch break for service engineers. Contractor Scope of work:- 1. Supervision of activities after compressor placement on the skid i.e. alignment, pipeline installation and other installation related activities. 2. Supervision of Oil charging and stabilization of the auxiliary system. 4. Trial run of the compressor. 5. Any other activities related to commissioning of compressor after overhauling. 6. Troubleshooting of compressor when vendor is called for troubleshooting of compressor. 7. Accomodation , food , boarding , lodging, every type of transport (outstation and local) will be in scope of the vendor. Note: Vendor can be called solely for troubleshooting of compressor as and when required. IOC Scope of work:- 1. To provide spares for compressor. 2. Compressor alignment, installation and cleaning of every other auxiliaries including filter and suction strainer. 3. Replacement of oil. 3. Adequate working conditions such as work bench, lighting, crane, spare parts, electricity etc. at site." . "refer SOR item no. 00020 of RFQ line item no. 00010" excluding GST. |
