Tender For Painting Of Roof Sheet At Bakloh Cantt; 1 Preparation of old painted steel surfacesof any description not otherwise describedover 10cm width or girth (such as CGI sheet, Window grill, GI water tube, fencing post etc.) and applying one coat of syntheticenamel painton roof applied using airless spray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length the spray machine should be reeputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint and primer usage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.(Note:- Work shall be executed by the authorised agency subject to prior approval of AGE (I). 2 Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed. 3 M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete/ Stonesurface including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for exterior painting work including , complete removal of existing treatment till top surface of existing plaster and crack filling with crack seal upto 3 mm where required and making good/smooth the surface with wall putty with silicon additives and sanding the surfce for removal for loose particales and applying one coat of smartcare waterfroof primer (Damp prime suprema) on walls and chajja with 10 % of dilution of water and applying two coat of 100 % acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-fengal poperties (Apex Ultima Suprema) 5 Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash on walls after filling holes with putty, complete all as specified 6 Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc. andapplying one coat of white wash on ceiing. 7 Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distembered and old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-charge 8 Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc. and M&L for applying one coats of oil bound distemper on wall on old plasted surfaces including preparation over a coat of Birla wall putty and a coat of JK Primercomplete all as specified {(Make : Goodlass Nerolac (Super Acrylic), Asian Paints(Tractor Acrylic Distemper), Berger Paints (Bison Super) or equivelent)
