1Cleaning of all types ofblockage of Nahni traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC"s, rain water pipes and similar works, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Labour shall be provided by the contractor on daily basis from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM incl all Tools and Plants. Each labour shall intertain complaints everyday in working hours. 2.The supervisor of Contactor shall take all complaints from the Complaint Cell and do the all on same day. 3. Feedback shall be given by the contractor/supervisor to concened JE from all aspect.
2Cleaning/clearing of sewage line (including manholes) 100mm to 350mm bore of any description under ground any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting,descaling and de-chocking from drain manually or combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine having facility of high pressure vacuum including provision of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic fiber based water jetting hose and through conical round shaped nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manhole, sludge water shall be disposed of directed, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to be included removing of manholr cover and refixing the same after cleaning.)
3Dewatering/Desludging & cleaning of manholeof any depth, any size, taking out water mixed with sludge and solid sludge including any foreign materials such as stones, tree hedges etc, removing and depositing sludge at a distance not less than 20 meter in a ditch including necessary excavation of pits and covering with earth & spraying unslaked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the manholes to make hygienic including necessary flushing of manholes with water after desludging, complete all as specified and directed.
4Bailing out the sludge water including other foreign materials fromseptic tanks / manholes of various sizes and depthsas required by manually or by pumping with suitable pumping machinery and removing the same within 50 m distance and deposited in a pit to be excavated and covered with two layer of bamboo mating, disinfecting the pit with sufficient quantity of bleaching powder and earth filling upto 30cm depth of pit including removing and refixing of manhole covers as required, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Excavation and earth work for pit, bamboo matting, temporary barricade of the pit and providing sufficient bleaching powder shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate (ii) Hiring charges and cost of fuel for sewage pump shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
5Taking out/Bailing out the sludge / semi solid materials including other foreign materials fromseptic tanks / manholes of various sizes and depths upto 1.5mas required by manually or by pumping with suitable pumping machinery and taking out sludge/ semi solid materials / any other foreign materials from septic tanks etcand removing the sludge within 50 m distance and deposited in a pit to be excavated and covered with two layers of bamboo mating and earth filling upto 30cm depth of pit including removing and refixing of manhole covers as required, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of Excavation and earth work for pit, bamboo matting, temporary barricade of the pit and providing sufficient bleaching powder shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rate (ii) Hiring charges and cost of fuel for sewage pump shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account
6Cleaning/clearing of IWC/ EWC, gully trap /floor trap/kitchen sinkincluding CI pipe / PVC pipe upto first manholeby roding, taking out all residue including waste and testing by pouring water after cleaning etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cleaning of PVC/CI pipe from first floor / ground floor embedded in floor or fixed to wall included in this item.
7M&L for cast iron oval access covers / inspection cover with bolts rubber gasket to make it water tight for 75mm/100mm bore CI fittings including taking out broken/ unserviceable cover with bolts etc and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.
8Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m wide for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manhole, pair house etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.
9Returning filling in including, spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in each layer, complete all as specified and directed.
10Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting pointing, complete all as specified and directed.
11Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.
12M & L for brick work with sub class "B"bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.
13All as per item No. 12.00 here-in-before but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note-(i) Bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for cleaning of old bricks obtained from demolition.
14Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.
15M & L for rendering 15mm thick (10mm + 5mm) in two coats on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4),mixed with integral water proofing compound at top layer as per manufacturer"s instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item as supply only.)
16M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
17Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification, complete all as directed
18Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed
19M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole/drain slab cover all as specified and set in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.
20S & F mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia (Grade Fe-500D), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.
21Demolition and breaking up 100mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 10m and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed.

66Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site of work, complete all as specified and directed.
67S&F bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel ,rolled section or flat sections) of Fe-290, E-265 including distance pieces, cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed.
68M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

75Supply and installation of maintenance free earthing system comprises of molecularly bonded copper of 99.9% purity on low carbon steel of 3 m length, having a diameter of 25 mm with copper coating thickness of 250 microns with fault current withstand capability of 30 KA value of 1 second and I peak of 80 KA (OB0 Article type 25 3000 CCER), tested as per IEC 62561-2, meets the requirement of IS-3043 8 IEC 60364-5-54, tested in CPRI for short circuit with standing capacity, OBO article type OEC 25 Earth conductivity enhancing mineral compound to be used as a backfill compound for earth electrodes; highly conductive in all weather Conditions is used for improving the soil conductivity. The material shall be mineral inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment and non corrosive to earth rod. The material should have a resistivity less than 0.2 ohm -m. It should be free from hazardous substances. The mineral compound is required to have minimum 25 kg of the total composite, Universal clamp (OBO Article Type 25 25 RTC) made of SS 304 for clamping, Polypropylene & polyethylene (0BO type UFE) Earth electrod inspection chamber with heavy duty cover should be used to cover the earth rod. The dimension shall be 170mm x 170 mm x 190 mm with all weight bearing capacity of 50 KN. including provision and laying galvanized steel flat 30 x 3mm thick from earth electrode to test joint directly in ground as required (Hot dip GI strip, Corrosions resistant -cross sectional area of 90 mm square, as per DIN EN 50164-2 (VDE 0185 Part 202) & VDE0185/305, IEC 62305, Zinc coating: 500 g/m square, 70 micron coating, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth result after installation completely should be less than 1 Ohm.

83M & L for painting of earthing pit by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (approved colour), over a coat of primer including preparation and cleaning of earth chamber area (1m x 1m), cleaning of all rusted joints, complete all as specified and directed.
84M&L for galvanized iron tubing 20mm bore GI tubing, lightgrade, with necessary fittings and clamp for mounting of air termination spike, complete all as specified and directed.
85M&L for dismantling the strip from earth pit and testing of earth pit to be done as per fall of potential method mentioned in IS-3043 with digital earth resistance tester to check the healthiness of earthing system in and including replacement earth pit nut bolts with brass nut bolts as per required size and record should be kept on ledger duly signed by user representative, JE concerned and contractor and the same shall be submitted to Engr- in-charge for counter signature, complete all as specified and directed. Note 1: Testing of earth pit shall be done as and when required basis or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge from time to time. Note 2:- (i) Testing of each earthing shall be carried out at the interval of 1 months and measurement shall be done each time separately and test result shall be maintained in register properly duly signed with date by MES representative and contractor. (ii) Pouring of water in each earth pit is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iii) Necessary arrangement to be made by the contractor for pouring the water in earth pits. Vehicle reqd for carrying/storage of water (upto to the site) with helper will be arranged by contractor and deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iv) Cost of Maintenance of carrying vehicle (if any) and cost of fuel reqd for veh is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
86Labour for physical inspection for earthing and to check the healthiness of earthing system whether the resistance under safe limits of resistance, IF higher than the permissible then recharging of earthing should be done immediately with carbon based low resistivity compound of 0.001 ohm meter recharging of existing earth pit by excavating soil up to electrode depth approx 10 feet by manual drilling (post hole) method and filling with backfill compound / maintenance free earthing compound to achieve desired resistance value less than 1 ohms in and including water up to top of the excavated bore, backfilling of earth pit, measuring the value after refilling pit and testing of earthing after recharging, reconnecting grounding electrode conductor and earth grid applying petroleum jelly etc. to bolted joints to minimize corrosion for the pipe earthing or plate earthing then gel should be used to lower down the resistance, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) In case of satisfactory results not achieved or results degrade during one year of recharging of the earthing, the same shall be made good/recharged again in order to have required test results within contract/Defect liability period without any extra cost to the department. (ii) Necessary compound required for recharging shall be measured and paid separately.
