Tender For Repairing Of Electric Line And Pole In Edd-Iv, Syana.; 1 Carriage of fallowings from ESC. BSR to pit site on kachcha pacaa road including loading and unloading chagres at both ends, rcquricd for proper completion of work, distance about to 80 Kms. 2 PCC/STP from E.S.C Bulandshahr to Site. 3 Carriage of All line Material from store to j.e store Sub station as ACSR Weasel conductor, ABC conductor GI Wire, Earth Wire. M.S. Chanel, Angle, Stay & Earthig Rods, Barbed Wire. Disc Insulator etc. 4 Erection of Single support including complete 1 IT fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer in charge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 5 Grouting of Single support shall be grouted with cement, sand and birck ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 =30x3030 cms. including the cost of cement, sand, birck ballast/stone ballast, etc. as per actual size requirement, as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer in charge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 6 Carriage of All line Material from store to j.e store Sub station as ACSR Weasel conductor, ABC conductor GI Wire, Earth Wire. M.S. Chanel, Angle, Stay & Earthig Rods, Barbed Wire. Disc Insulator etc 7 Laying, sagging. Stringing and binding and jumpering of ACSR Weasel conductor on the newly erected pole as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour, T&P, carrier etc. requried for proper completion of work. 8 fixing of Stay rod with Stay wire in proper way with Nozelling. 9 Grouting of Stay rods . 10 Guarding of 11 K V line at road crossing by laying 3 Nos. Gl wire of size 6/10 SWG parallel and fixing of lacings (Tilli) at a distance at 1.5 mlrs as per direction of supervising engineer/RESPO mannual it. Includes the cost of labour,T&P carrier etc. required lor proper completing of work. 11 Resagging of loose and bad sag of L.T./H.T. line. 12 Chopping of Tree branches.. 13 Tightening of Stay 14 Grouting of PCC/STP Pole Old 15 Change of broken/Damaged/Missing following Items:- 16 Disc Insulator 17 Nut & Bolt off size 18 Bended X-Arm/Angle/Channel 19 Ailment of PCC/STP Pole 20 Stay Clamps 21 D.P. Clamp 22 Stay Insulator 23 Making of Plinth of the Damaged/Broken STP of the welded 03 Nos.
