Make Castrol complete in all respect 3 Supply & topping up the R22 refrigerant in chiller unit complete in all respect 4 Replacement of chiller water temperature sensors in the condenser and chiller pipe line complete in all respect. 5 Replacement of analog type ampere meter/ Volt meter of various ranges complete in all respects. Make AE/L & T 6 Replacement of water pressure gauges complete. 7 Replacement of condensor /chiller water pump of 7.5 HP/5.5 KW 3 Phase 3000 RPM. Head range 27 to 42 Complete in all respect make kirloskar, crompton , ksb . 8 (Butter Fly Valve ) Supplying ,fixing Butter Fly valve with CI Body , PN 16 Pressure Rating conforming IS 13095, of following size as required of approved make . 9 80 mm dia 10 100 mm dia 11 Supply and fixing of Check valve of CI Body following size complete with rubber gasket nut bolt washers as required of approved make. 12 100 mm dia 13 Providing and Fixing in place of old module case circuit breaker with internal system 400 Amp 3 phase 415 volts complete as per site requirement of various size i/c detecting of fault by visiting site in all respect including making connection control &power wiring with entire satisfaction of EIC.Make L&T, BCH, HAVELLS,Schenider 14 Providing and fixing of spreader terminalfor 400 Amp 3 pole MCCB complete in all respect 15 Service and greasing of various porter condensor pump including balancing complete in all respect. 16 Servicing of system including services of extension valve, stainer clean and repalcement of compressor oil N62 labour only and replacment of oil filter with new filter as per site requirement 45-55 TR complete in all respect 17 Repair and Rewiding of condensor and chillar pump various size complete in all respect 18 5.5 HP 3 PHASE
