| 91 | Supply and fixing bed side reading light, LED lamp, wall mounted, Flexible, Roatable ,ultra slim and fancy body, focus lamp for multiple usage complete. |
| 92 | (1) The contractor shall keep all items readily available at site, which is required for urgent repair works. |
| 93 | (2) Common miscellaneous material such as screws any type, nails, washers, insulation tapes, clamps, hooks, which are required for the work the cost of which is deemed to be included in quoted rate. |
| 94 | (3) All tools &tackles, plants, machineries, equipment and material to carry out the work at site which is to be decided by GE (A) Bhuj shall have to be provided by the contractor at his/ her own cost. |
| 95 | (4) Contractor’s supervisor (electrical engineer) should be available at the site to supervise the works and co-ordinate with the officials. |
| 96 | (5) The manpower shall be issued identity card after getting due verification. Uniform should be worn by the manpower having monogram of the firm. |
| 97 | (6) The skilled worker should be facilited with mobile phone to contact on urgent tasks & their numbers should be displayed at various places and forwarded to administration. |
| 98 | (7) The contractor shall ensure safety of his workers and other at site of work and shall be responsible for any consequence arising out of execution of the repair and maintenance works. |
| 99 | (8) The date of repair, unit name & serial number shall be mentioned in neat sticker in the appliances after repair. |
| 100 | (9) Contractor is to collect the faulty appliances from units & return them after repair within a week. No separate charges shall be given for transportation. |
| 101 | (10) It is responsibility of contractor to clean the area after repair work of appliances. Rates are deemed to be include in his quoted rates of respective items. |
| 102 | (11) The same nature of complaints in same location/block shall be counted as one complaint in internal electrification. Job card and complaint register for entry of complaints shall be provided at his/ her own cost. |
| 103 | (12) The contractor provide test certificate of material to be incorporated in the work. |
| 104 | (13) Contractor shall carry out all test. The equipments shall conform to Indian standards. 1) IR test. 2) Polarity test. 3) Earth Resistance test etc. The test report after completion testing shall be submitted to the department with duly signed by licensed electrican following current leakage/any fault in wiring. The report shall be givenwith proper format showing each circuit value of test done. Equipment to be used in testing should be calibrated, date of calibration to be displayed on the equipmentand calibration report should be submitted. |
| 105 | (14) Contractor shall identify the real cause of fault of wiring . wiring problems that are identified should be documented. |
| 106 | (15) Work diary & hindrance register shall be maintained by the site engineer of thecontractor. The shall be deposited to department daily with duly signed by contractor. |
| 107 | (16) Job card /Docket shall be maintaned properly mentioning as below: a) service Number b) Name c) Rank d) unit e) Date Format of docket/job card shall be provided to contractor. Date of receiving & Date of resolving with time shall be endosrsed on job card. |
| 108 | (17) Joint measurement weekly. The contarctor should be availble for joint measurement along with supervisor on every Wednesday/as decided by Enginner-in-charge. |
| 109 | (18) Stationery such ascomplaint register, Job card/Docket , work diary ,hindrance register, site order register etc shall be supplied by the contractor |
| 110 | NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor. |
