1Material and Labour for drilling of borehole through any kind of soil, boulders, rocks etc. for minimum 175 mm bore casing pipe as required at site for a depth up to 35 metres from ground level including disposal of spoil from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.
2All as per Item Sl No 01 hereinbefore but for depth exceeding 35 mtrs & up to 70 mtrs below ground level complete all as specifiedand as directed.
3All as per Item Sl No 01 hereinbefore but for depth exceeding 70 mtrs & up to 400 mtrs below ground level complete all as specifiedand as directed. NOTE :(i) After complete drilling of the borehole electric logging to be carried out for exact selection of strata & the same will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of schedule. (ii) In case the results of the borehole/strata are found un-satisfactory & the tube well is not likely to yield the specified quantity of water, the site will be abandoned & the construction shall be paid for the boring only.
4Electro logging of bore for precise delineation of granular zones & also the quality of ground water including report interpretation complete all as specifiedand as directed NOTE:- Electric logging shall be carried out by/through an approved Govt Agency.
5Supplying and assembling including jointing, lowering & fixing in position ERW casing pipe fine cut of internal dia 200mm bore of thickness 5.40 mm confirming to IS 4270-2001 (ISI marked) includingjointing of pipe by necessary electric arc welding both sides. The pipe shall be duly painted with anti-corrosive paint suitable for drinking water purpose complete all as specifiedand as directed.
6Supplying and lowering PVC slotted pipes of nominal size 180 mm, 6kg/sqcm pressure bearing ISI marked all as directed.
7Supply and fixing well cap suitable for 200 mm bore housing pipe made out of 6 mm thick steel plate complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE: After completion of the work well cap will be used to keep the bore well closed until the submersible pumping set is installed.
8Material and labour for development of tube well with air compressor of suitable capacity till sand/mud free water of potable quality is obtained (Compressor with accessories & tube etc. shall be arranged by the contractor) complete all as specified and as directed.
9Yield test for the bore well by continuous pumping for 8 hours to determine safe pumping yield.NOTE: - Yield test of bore well shall be carried outin the presence of rep of Accepting Officer.
10Supplyonly strata sample box with glass cover 3mm thick having internaldimension 1000x600x100mm made out of 20mm thick wroughtIst class hard woodTeakwoodwith hinges, hasp and staple including polishing complete with samples at various depthevenly 2 metreinterval met in boring including strata chart in duplicate to be submittedcomplete all as specifiedand as directed.
11Material and Labour for sanitary sealing of tube well with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of suitable size using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
12Collection of water from bore well and doingtesting at/from approved Govt lab for potability by doing chemical and bacteriological analysis as per norms of WHO and submission of test reports to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
13Supply, lowering, jointing & testing GI heavy grade column pipe 50 mm bore both ends threaded, ISI Marked with heavy duty socketcomplete all as specifiedand as directed
14Supply and fixing of flat submersible cable 3 core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, water proof, ISI marked of size6 sqmm for connecting from starter to bore well submersible pump sets complete all as specified and as directed.
15Supply and fixing of steel rope flexible 10 mm dia with GI clamps, nuts, bolts, washer etc for fixing of submersible pump set complete all as specifiedand as directed
16Supply and fixing of mild steel clamp suitable for 50 mm dia column pipe made out of 12 mm thick MS plate fabricated to shape, including drilling holes, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specifiedand as directed.
17Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 metrebelow normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre(B.G.L.) and connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washer of galvanized iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 8 mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore light grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSRPart 1 and testing on completion complete.
18Supply, jointing, testing and laying in trenches / floor /wall etc pipes galvanized iron "Medium grade" ISI marked with all running fittings of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : JINDAL/TATA/PRAKASH
19Supply, install, testing & commissioning of gun metal globe or gate valve 50 mm dia, ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe including all necessary accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
20Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Non Return Valve50 mm dia, ISI marked , including all necessary accessories complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: KIRLOSKAR/LEADER/ZOLOTO.
21Supply, install, testing and commissioning of multi stage submersible pump set 10 HP Capacity with bronze impeller, directly coupled with motor, suitable for150mm bore slotted PVC pipes yeildoperated on AC 3 phase, voltage range 300V-440V, 50 Hz. The motor casing shall be of stainless steel, pump shaft / motor shaft shall be of stainless steel, pump bowls shall be of high graded cast iron complete all as specified and directed. The pump and motor shall comply to all the requirements of relevant IS. Note: -Pump capacity shall be finalized after boring work. Make-Havells, Model no - 50H6W16R5D100T, Min discharge 80 Ltr/min of 220 mtr head pump & motor: - HAVELLS/Kirloskar / KSB/CG/CALAMA.
22Supply and laying, jointing & testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured and PVC sheathed LT 1100 volts grade and aluminum conductor confirming to IS 7098 Part - I 1988laid in trenches/through pipe/floor/fixed wall etc complete all as specified and directed for size of cables 35 Sqmm 3½ core. Note: Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover, returning/filling will be measured & paid separately.
23Material and Labour for excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundations, laying of cables/errection of pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.
24Material and Labour for returning, filling in trenches includingspreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers with hard/dense soil not exceeding 25 cm thick in each layer complete as specified and as directed

(c) Starter for Submersible pump set up to 15 HP- 01 No.(d) Single Phase preventer, 415 volts, 50 Hz - 01 No.(e) Digital type Voltmeter and Ammeter with selector switch - 01 Set. (f)Dry run relay set including wire and connection (g)Indicator lamps with LED bulbs for R,Y & B with copper cable wiring - 01 Set.
29Material and Labour for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) all as specified and as directed.
30Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete masonry in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid block, exceeding 10cm in width setting in CM 1:4 completeall as specified and as directed.
