Tender For Assistance In Major Shutdown/Preventive Maintenance/ Breakdown Work At Various Locations Of Conveyors, 20,000 Te. Bunker And Trs-1 Sections Of New Chp Phase-1 And Ac-4 Feeder Breaker For A Period Of 365 Days On As And When Required Basis
Scope/Nature of Work:-1. The work will be taken up as and when required basis on a very short notice subjected to availability and shutdown of circuits.2. The Welding electrode, industrial gas, other consumables will be provided by the department. 3. The working site may be dusty & mucky.4. For installation of drive units/other sub-assembling, desired preparation should be done.5. Work should be carried out as per existing design. 6. The repairing/maintenance work carried out on site will be as per instruction of Engineer I/C. 7. All tools, tackles & safety standards to engaged personnel will be provided by the Contractor.

Dismantling/disassembling/handling job in major shutdown/ preventive/ breakdown mechanical maintenance works:- Dismantling/ lowering of counter weights, dismantling/fitting of idlers and idler frames, pulling of damaged/ existing steel cord belt/ rubber belt, dismantling and disassembly of damaged assembly/ sub-assembly, pulleys, rolling elements, drive units, conveyor take up units etc. and other allied works at various locations of conveyors, bunker & TRS-1 at New CHP phase-1. Dismantling of crusher roll (primary/secondary), bearing blocks, bearings, shear hubs and allied works at AC-4 Feeder Breaker.

Assembling/ Installation/handling job in major shutdown/ preventive/ breakdown mechanical maintenance work:- Handling of counter weights, mounting of idlers and idler frames, laying/ placing/ positioning of new steel cord/ rubber belt, re-installation/ re-erection, setting of new/ repaired assembly/ sub-assembly, pulleys, rolling elements, drive units, conveyor take up units etc. & other allied works at various locations of conveyors, bunker & TRS-1 at New CHP phase-1. Fitting of crusher roll (primary/secondary), bearing blocks, bearings, shear hubs and allied works at AC-4 Feeder Breaker.
