Hot Air Oven Mechanical convention type force air circulation temperature range 50C to 400C with valid NABL accreditation certificate Detailed specification is given below :- Supply & installation of Ageing Oven. Double wall construction. Inner chamber made of stainless steel 304 quality. Outer made of MS Duly powder coated. The wall gap should be highly insulated with thick blanket glass wool 75mm thick. Door should be also double walled and insulated with glass wool, hanged with heavy hinges fitted with roller type latch. Felt gasket should be fitted with the door for sealing to protect any loss of temperature. An adjustable air vent thermometer tabulator should be provided at the top of the oven. Heating elements are placed at the bottom and two sides of the lower part for uniform temperature, elements are capable to raise the temperature up to 400C. A 3 way heat rotary switch to be provided for raising and variation of temperature Low/Medium/High. Temperature range 50C to 400C. Temperature is controlled by solid state electronic digital temp. Indicator cum controller accuracy of +/-1 C in lower as well as higher temperature. A regulator should be provided to adjust the required temperature or may be electronic device for the same purpose. The oven will be suitable for continuous running up to 72 hrs at desired temperature. A turbo type blower fan fitted with suitable to provide inside the working chamber for uniform temperature fittedwith neon lamps main cord and plug top, operated on 220/ 230 volts , 50 cycles 3 phase A.C. complete With three number GI wire Mesh tray Size- 14\" X 14\" X 14\" (minimum) Make-PEC or similar.
