1	Material and labour for restoration of water supply by identifying and rectifying the water supply leakage repair work, at any location, in any type of leakage i.e. 15mm/ 20mm/25mmof GI/PPR pipes with any type of joints i.e. flanged, socketed,welding joint, including required fittings such as socket/ union/ long screw/ nipple, by cutting/ threading as required at site and as directed. Earth work (if required) will be measured in the quoted rate of this item. Note :(i)Any material required for leak repair deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) Any length of pipe required shall be paid sepertately under relevant item.
2	Material and labour for resoration of water supply by identifying and rectifying the water supply leakage repair work, at any location, in any type of leakage i.e. 40mm / 50mm/ 80mmpipe line of CI/ GI/DI/MS/HDPE with any type of joints i.e. flanged, socketed, tyton rubber ring,D Joint, welding or lead jointincluding required fittings such as socket/ union/ long screw/ nipple, and clamp with nut bolt required size by cutting/ threading as required at site , chocking of lead with spun yarn or providing new gasket / rubber ring/ nut bolts/ required welding work as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Earth work (if required) will be measured in the quoted rate of this item.If water is continue flowing in that water pipe line at the location of leakage, the contractor is fully responsible to arrest the water leakage in that situation also in all respect. Note : (i) Any material required for leak repair deemed to be included in the above quoted rate.(ii) Any length of pipe required shall be paid sepertately under relevant item.

6	Material and labour for attending complaints for pumping set/submersible pump set / LT Panel/starter panel/ DG Set / AMF Panel/Dozing system any type including replacement of defective spare parts and fill the gland packing (if required) checking of all nut bolts and tightening of all nut bolts if found loose, all electrical and mechanical connections, all parameters i.e. pressure, current & voltage ratings, leakage of water, sound of bearing, checking of alignment of motor pump set complete, all as specified and directed. Greasing shall be done with grease gun. Rate of grease, nut bolt, washer shall be included in quoted rate of this item. Note :- Complaints attended in one dayshall deemed to be in one complaint. Note :- Minimum 01 technician and 01 helper to be provided by contractor to attend the complaints
7	Material and labour for excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 Meter deep in any type of soil including cutting in slopes etc for laying of pipe line including getting out, complete all as specified and directed.
8	Material and labour for returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers in soft / loose soilnot exceeding 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9	Material and labour for removal of excavated material (Soil) to a distance up to 50 Meter from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 Meter above as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10	Dismandling and taking out the existing corroded / scaled GI/ PPR/ PALP pipe with fittings connectionsfrom trenches, walls, ceiling or floor andremoval from site or disposed off for the following sizes complete all as specifed and directed.Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule \"A\"

189	Disconnecting the existing non functional submersible pump set 20HP to 30HP capacity from electric supply from panel, dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve, removing and lifting out submersible pump set of any description and capacity & in any position, alongwith existing column pipe 100mm dia and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well ( up to 450 feet depth of pump set from GL) and staking thepump and column pipes near by the bore well for inspection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE :(i)Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable.All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii)Number of column pipe may vary from 20 to 30. The existing pipes & flanged joints shall be checked for its serviceability & unserviceable joints alongwith flanges shall be removed from the column pipe by cutting the pipes & making new thread in pipes for fixing of new flange joint, the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for above item. However cleaning of pipes and new MS pipes if any required shall be measured & paid separately.
190	Dismantling and strip opening of submersible pump & motor of any description and in any position for servicing /overhauling mechanically and electrically, cleaning, oiling/greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, welding , etc of broken steel sections of pump, full stator slot repair includingrotor sleeve grinding and polishing and balancing (if required), reassembling the Pump & motor, ensuring proper alignment of pump and motor,connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for 20 to 30 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 HZ, AC supply pumps & motors.Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under these items. (ii)Burnt out windings of motor shall be replaced, measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) Painting of complete submersible pump motor set will be carried out by contractor after complete repair of the same and the cost of the painting work will be included in quoted rate of this item.
